Additional information about rental rates

• Deposits, Fees, Receipts, Arrival and Departure:- The Villa rates are in Euros but payment in £ (GBP) can be agreed. When a Reservation is accepted, a non-refundable Booking Deposit of €100 per week, up to a maximum of €300, is required within 5 working days. The Final Payment, including the returnable Security Deposit of €200 per booking, is due 6 weeks before the Holiday.
  The Rental Rates for part weeks are at a percentage of the weekly rate. This is 20% for 1 night, 35% for 2 nights, 50% for 3 nights, 65% for 4 nights, 80% for 5 nights and 90% for 6 nights.
  Periods in whole weeks, no matter which day of the week is the arrival day, are charged at the highest rate on any day within that whole week. Remaining periods are charged as part weeks based on the highest weekly rate in that part week.
  Receipts are sent in the post for all payment
  Arrival is after 1600 and departure before 1000
• Refunds and Cancellation:- The Security Deposit is refunded when the Villa has had no more than the agreed number of visitors, and no pets. The refund also depends on the Villa being vacated on time with furniture returned to its place, small items put away, rubbish cleared, no careless or avoidable damage, and the keys returned. The refund is then made within 7 days.
  If a Booking is cancelled more than 6 weeks before the Holiday the Booking Deposit is not refunded but any other Payment already made is refunded within 7 days.
  If a Booking is cancelled within 6 weeks of the Holiday, the full Security Deposit is returned but the Final Payment is reduced by 20% for each week (or part week) since its due date. Both items are then refunded within 7 days.
  Unexplained failure to pay by the due dates can be taken as a cancellation.
  If the Villa is not or ceases to be available, any Fees paid - including the Booking Deposit - are refunded in full within 7 days.
• Low Season Longer Breaks - Special Rate and Conditions:- A Longer Break of over 3 weeks can be reserved in any part of the Low Season at the Special Rate of 249 Euro per week but with Special Conditions. These mean that rentals are only counted in whole weeks and that the Services that are included in the normal rates - the Electricity, Water and Gas - are additional charges. To achieve this, a returnable Services and Cleaning Deposit of €300 is required for every period of residence of 4 weeks or less. Charges for the Electricity, Water and Gas will be deducted from that Deposit. The refund will be then made within 7 days provided that there have been no more than the agreed number of visitors, no pets, the Villa is vacated on time with furniture returned to its place, small items put away, rubbish cleared, and the keys returned. The amount of the refund could also be reduced if any exceptional cleaning is needed or there is any careless or avoidable damage
