This spacious 4 bedroom property is situated on the hillside in Calpe, directly off the N332. Sleeps 10/11 (cot and high chair available on request). Welcome pack on arrival. The property is comfortably furnished with certain rooms opening to extensive patios, terraces and private pool (8x4m),sunbeds, outdoor dining area and barbecue. Spacious lounge has 3 large sofas, CTV, DVD/Video, Hi-Fi Unit, books, games etc...dining area seats 8, ceiling fans in rooms. (air con/heating is an optional extra) Three beaches all within 10 mins drive. Supermarket within a 5 minute drive and many bars and restaurants in the main town of Calpe, also a 5 min drive. Terra Mitica theme park, along with Sea World and Aqualandia water park are approx 25 mins drive away. Benidorms nightlife within 25 mins drive or if you prefer to get away from it all then just relax by the pool .

The property sits approx 150m high on a hillside, directly off the the N332, in the town of Calpe in the Costa Blanca between Altea and Javea, with stunning views of Calpe town & rock. Approx 2kms from 3 beaches and Calpe town. Approx 1hr 15 mins from Valencia Airport, 40 mins from Alicante , 25 mins from Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia water park, Sea World, Benidorm and Javea. Calpe sits in an ideal location, easily accessed by the A7 motorway and the N332 that runs from Valencia to Alicante. Calpe is dominated by the towering rock of Ifach which reaches to an impressive 332m and is now a nature reserve. The summit of the rock is reached by means of a tunnel through the rock. From here, magnificent panoramic views can be had. On a clear day, the island of Ibiza is visible. Calpe has three of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the Costa Blanca coast.

Nice Easter

I went to Calpe with my family last Easter Week. We had a very good time although the weather was not so good. We were a group of 8 plus our puppie, and we all found the house fantastic. The pool is wonderfull and the rooms are quite comfortable. Amanda is someone really nice to talk with, and she really cares about everything.

At Calpe, you must climb Ifach crag and have its very nice views. After that, you should have a good lunch made of shellfish at the port (the price is quite good).

We went by car, and I really recommend to meet with Gary (the caretaker) at the village as it's not a easy place to find.

We hope to come back again. Thanks for everything.

just come back from a holiday with friends at this villa - located on the outskirts of calpe. The villa is wonderful, is beautifully laid out, fully equiped and maintained at the highest standard with truly stunning scenic views. A car is a must because of the location, but that is the only drawback to this fabulous villa. The owner had equipped it with absolutely everything, and recommended nearby restaurants - try Mama Leones for truly Italian cuisine! The photos on the website do not do justice to the care & attention to detail imput by the owner.
I would recommend this holiday villa friends & family, and hope to return again quite soon.

Perfect Villa

The Villa was really lovely and had everything we hoped for and more. It was extremely spacious. There were 10 of us in total (6 adults, 2 children aged 11 and 13 and 2 children aged under 19 months) and there was ample room for all of us. We found the villa perfect for the children as there were loads of books, games, toys and puzzles for them to play with.

We found the Villa straight away as the directions provided were spot on.

The pool and the villa were well looked after by the caretaker Gary. Gary was extremely friendly and was more than happy to answer any questions we had.

Would definitely recommend climbing Calpe Rock - the views are spectacular. Would also recommend eating at Calpe Steakhouse.

The weather was fantastic and the Villa really was perfect. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone.

wonderful villa

Well, where do i begin! The directions Amanda gave us were spot on, we arrived in the dark and you have to go up a very small bumpy road but we found it no problem.
The villa is beaufiful, clean & very well maintained and everything is there for a family! down to hairdryer, books, cd, & DVD's. the lot!
Beds comfortable, towels provided. ( just take your beach towels!) The pool is amazing, the views are amazing...nice neighbours too! Our caretaker Gary & Diane were a great help and gave us a whitlestop tour of calpe, what shops/supermarket to go to etc! (thanks, that was a great help). My 2 children age 6 and 9 really enjoyed it, as did my parents (in their late 60's) and us 2! We'll be back with out a doubt and i've spread the word in Cardiff that this Villa is the place to be for a PERFECT holiday! Honestly its a DREAM!!!! Thanks very much Amanda........Julie & Peter Cardiff.

my family went for 2 weeks and found it a lovely villa. 10 of us stayed and it had plenty of room, the pool was clean and tidy and maintained while we were there,the views of the sea and calpe rock were unbelieveable, a very reasonable price for 2 weeks in the sun, neighbours who live there permantly are very nice and helpful. the villa was clean and tidy with books, puzzles and games etc for the children, a bit like home from home .i would recommend to hire a car, the shops and beach are only a short drive away, the beach is clean and they have restaurants along the sea front.

well the 2 weeks went too quick and we came home to more rain.... but hopefully we will be able to return next year
