Unsuitable stay for small people!!!

We were a group of 7 adults and 8 children and we recently stayed here. Unfortunately it turned out to be a bad choice as although the description details are not inaccurate, I believe they are very misleading.
Firstly our transfer company could not find the villa as the address on the roadside sign only goes up to F, and the villa's address is G. This caused a massive confusion and delay on arrival. Thankfully the local caretaker (who is absolutely brilliant) happened to drive past and save the day.
The villa details state 'car recommended' it should state 'car/taxi necessary' as it is situated on a busy highway and that if you do not have a car (in our case) it is a life or death walk to the beach for the first 400 meters until you reach the safety of a footpath which leads down into Calpe town centre. The beach is about 25 min walk and the nearest supermarket about 20 min both downhill. Taxi costs approx 10euro each way.
The tiles around the pool are so slippery when wet it is like walking on ice, literally! Our active toddlers had many slips and falls, as well as a few adults. The tiles on the pool stairs are coming loose, and leaving it unsafe for entering and exiting the pool.
There is a lovely stone-layed area, which is nice to look at however totally impractical for toddlers to play comfortably and safely on. Unfortunately It is also one of the only outside areas (apart from lower balcony) that gets a little more shelter and breeze from the midday heat.
There was no TV or cable available, as advertised. The inside stair lights are burning hot and in arms reach. The balcony balistrades appear too widely spaced for what I would deem as safe.
On a positive note, the villa is very beautiful, has good sized rooms with fans, two fully equipped kitchens which worked wonders with so many of us. Bathrooms are modern and spacious, upstairs shower has good pressure, downstairs not so good. Kiddie stair gates & cots. Lovely views across Calpe and the sea.
The highlight of our stay was making the best out of a bad situation and having Gary (the local care-taker) go out of his way to help us out. He is brilliant and deserves so much praise. Thanx Gazzar!!!
All in all, I would not recommend this holiday rental property to a family with toddlers nor would I reccomend it to age 55+(due to the slippery tiles and steep access.) On the other hand this would be a nice villa for adults & non-walking babies only, with transport.
