Detached villa with private pool and panoramic views

Villa Tereska - La Fustera - is a privately owned villa with a well maintained garden and private pool which can be illuminated at night for swimming under the stars. A great place for a self-catering family holiday. Situated in a quiet location, just ten minutes by car/bus into Calpe town and only a 20 mins walk to the local beach. The accommodation is all on one level and consists of a spacious and airy lounge with an adjacent dining area which leads out on to a covered veranda for 'al fresco' dining and great views of Calpe rock and surrounding mountains. Well equipped kitchen, three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a large double bed with en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two has a double bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. Shower room with WC. Outside there is a large patio area with shade and sunbeds. A large BBQ with extensive sun terraces. Other features include TV for DVD or Video use only, well stocked book and video libraries. Games for the children.

La Fustera is 10 minutes drive from Calpe main town and large beaches and 20 minutes along the coastal road to Moraira. It has its own local blue flag beach (within walking distance) a supermarket which sells fresh bread and cakes every day. Several bars and restaurants. Calpe is a large, but traditional Spanish town which is developed around the Old Town area, which has a magnificent church and is overlooked by the amazing 332 metre high rock of Ifach (Penon), it is now a nature reserve and it separates Calpe's two fantastic very clean large beaches. Many water sports available and volley ball nets and kids climbing amusements on the sand. The port at certain times of the day you can watch the fishermen bring in their catch. Also at the port in the summer season you can catch a boat trip from Calpe to Benidorm and back, it is a great day out . Calpe has many excellent bars and restaurants offering you the choice of Spanish, French, Italian, English, Dutch and Chinese cuisine.

  • These prices are for three bedrooms. Linen and towels are provided and changed weekly. (Please bring your own towels for use around the pool area and at the beach). All utilities included. 25% deposit to secure booking.
    Final balance, plus refundable security deposit of £200 payable 8 weeks before start of rental period.
  • Entertainment. Whether you want a quiet holiday or a fun-packed one, there is something for everyone in and around Calpe. Terra Mitica at Benidorm (30 mins in car), Aqualandia water park and Mundomar Exotic Animal and Marine Park.
  • Places to eat. Calpe has a wealth of restaurants to satisfy tastes of all nationalities. With its fishing port, sea-food is extremely popular. All along the coastal road towards Moraira there are plenty of places to stop, eat and enjoy the view, whatever your tastes.
