Spacious 3 bed detached villa with fantastic views and pool

Idyllic holiday home in quiet residential area with beautiful communal pool. This villa is the largest in this small, exclusive complex, boasting stunning views all around. The living accommodation is very spacious, light and airy with two terraces, one off the upper main lounge and dining area and a further large private lower terrace for sunbathing and BBQ's. It is close enough to town to enjoy the two excellent blue flag sandy beaches with numerous international restaurants (English, Italian, Indian, french, dutch etc.), wide variety of bars and plenty of shops to cover everyone tastes. The accommodation has three double bedrooms, with a very large ensuite bathroom, plus separate shower room and another cloakroom on the main floor. Also a delightful log burner in the lounge for the autumn/winter nights and fully fitted kitchen. A large utility room with full facilities and private, secure parking for 3-4 cars. TV, DVD player, stereo, PlayStation, fridge freezer.

Whether you want a quiet holiday or a fun-packed one there is something for everyone in and around Calpe. Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia, Mundomar Exotic Animal and Marine park will be on the children’s list or if you prefer tennis, golf, scuba diving, horse-riding, go-karting, yacht charter, boat trips - it's all there. Walking and cycling is popular with spectacular scenery with the surrounding mountains and countryside.

Restaurants & Shops

Calpe has a wealth of restaurants to satisfy tastes from of all nationalities. With its fishing port, sea-food is extremely popular. All along the coastal road towards Moraria there are plenty of places to stop, eat and enjoy the view, whatever your tastes. Lots of shops and markets available in and around Calpe. Benidorm is approx. 30 mins drive south with even more shopping facilities.

Evenings out

You can either enjoy a quiet peaceful evening on the terrace at the villa, overlooking the lights of the town down below, or venture out for some night life. Whether you prefer pubs, clubs or restaurants you can find something to your taste. About 30 mins south is Benidorm and the Benidorm Palace for a spectacular show with meal, wine & champagne included.

'Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay in Costa Rica. The villa was beautiful, very spacious and extremely well equipped. Having stayed in quite a few villas and apartments previously, it was a delight to have such a well equipped kitchen and so much lovely crockery and cutlery - a real home from home!'
