This beautiful 3 bed villa stands on its own grounds with private swimming pool and driveway enough for 3 cars. The spacious lounge and dining room has comfortable seating, dining table with 6 place settings. The large and well equipped fitted kitchen is complete with w/machine, oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There is a twin bedroom on the ground level as is the shower room with toilet. The master bedroom with private balcony overlooking the sun terrace and pool, is on the upper level as is the 2nd twin bedroom with sun terrace and the family bathroom. The roof solarium with its stunning views over to the Med and Campoamor Golf Club is accessible from the 1st floor terrace. There is a gas BBQ, tables, chairs & sun beds for you to relax & dine al fresco. A British satellite TV system, DVD/video and CD player are installed so that you may still enjoy your favourite music, soaps and movies. Air con with heating option has been fitted throughout for your comfort.

Situated between Villamartin and Campoamor, Las Filipinas is in an ideal location between the airports of Alicante and Murcia and in a residential area with shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Villmartin Plaza with its many bars and restaurants and the stretch of Cabo Roig with its vibrant night life and live entertainment are both just a few minutes drive away. A water park, a go-kart track and numerous blue award winning sandy beaches with good amenities and sun bed facilities are a short driving distance away as is the main town of Torrevieja with its lovely harbour and large shopping centre. For golf lovers the courses of Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campomoar are only a few moments drive away.

  • Booking Deposit :
    To confirm a booking you will be requested to provide a deposit of 200 pounds sterling or 20% of the total rental cost, whichever is the greater and then 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday the final payment should be made. Receipts, terms and conditions and directions to the property will be sent either directly to your home address or via email. To cover the cost of cleaning and laundry after your departure there will be an additional cost of 70 euros to pay locally and on your arrival.
    A refundable security bond of 100 pounds sterling or 120 euros is also payable on your arrival and this will be returned to you on your day of departure and only after the villa has been checked over.
  • SUPPORT SERVICE:
    You will be met on arrival at the property and a good support service is there for you during your stay.
    Should you be arriving after shopping hours we are able to arrange the purchase of an essential food parcel on request.
    We can arrange the hire of travel cots, high chairs and other baby equipment, please inquire.

Beaches : Beaches: There are many beaches on the Orihuela Costa which have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of safety and cleanliness and you are a short driving distance to Campoamor, Cabo Roig, Levante and La Zenia. The beautiful Mar Menor coastline with stretches from San Pedro to La Manga is a 15 minute drive away. Alternatively heading north towards Alicante you will find the very attractive sandy beaches of Guardamar and La Marina.

AIRPORTS, AIRLINES AND TRANSFERS:: AIRPORTS: There are two main airports in the Costa Blanca area and these are ALICANTE, which is just a 40 minute drive to the property and MURCIA, a smaller airport offering low budget flights, is just a 20 minute drive away. AIRLINES: Monarch/Globespan/Rynair/Easyjet/Jet2/BmiBaby offering budget and scheduled flights from Stansted, Gatwick, Luton, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Prestwick, Shannon, Dublin, Cork and other major European airports. TRANSFERS: Airport transfers to and from both these airports can be provided at a low budget cost.

CAR HIRE AND TAXIS:: CAR HIRE: Should you wish to hire a car during your stay we may be able to arrange this for you, providing you give us ample notice. Charges for hired cars will be inclusive of airport transfers and insurance. Please inquire. TAXIS: We are able to provide a low budget taxi service locally or to other locations during you stay.

Golf: Just a very short drive from the villa are three superb golf courses and these are the championship golf course at Villamartin, not for the faint hearted is Las Ramblas golf course which is considered to be one of the most challenging in Spain and Royal Campoamor which must be one the most stunning courses. Now, within a 20 minute drive there are a further 8 golf courses recently constructed for your enjoyment and there are plans to design more fabulous courses in the near future. Just as it looks...

The villa is exactly as it looks in the pictures on the internet. It was very clean, spacious and well equipped and Gena was extremely helpful in sorting out airport transfers, high chairs etc and recommending a cheap and reliable English-speaking taxi driver.

There are a small number of bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk, but if you are looking for an extensive choice a taxi or car is needed.

About a 20 minute walk from the villa there is a large and well-stocked supermarket. If you walk on from here about another 5 minutes there are some more bars and restaurants which served decent food.

The beach is c4 - 5 miles from the villa so if you like the sand you definitely need a car. I would recommend the villa to friends and family but make it clear that having a car is essential.
Owner's Response: The villa is an ideal location for those who wish to get away from it all and chill out.

A car is definately required if you wish to travel further afield or to the beach and we recommend this on the website advert. However, if you do not wish to hire a car we are able to arrange budget taxi hire during you stay.

Our aim is to ensure a stress free holiday.

Excellent Villa in a Peacefull Location

We stayed at the Villa late September/early October 2008 and had a fabulous time, the Villa has everything you could want for, the views from the rooftop solarium are excellent, the two first floor balconies get the sun most of the day and are excellent for having your breakfast in the sun or chilling out at night with a drink or two.

The outside space around the swimming pool is great for relaxing around, there are plenty of loungers around the pool and if it gets too warm there are a number of shaded areas to get a break from the sun.

The Villa is located in a quiet peacefull well looked after location in Las Filipinos nr Villamartin, there are a number of bars, restaurants, and a supermarket within walking distance of the Villa. Villamartin square where there are numerous bars and restaurants is about a 35 minutes walk, the sandy beaches of Cabo Roig, Campoamor or La Zenia are about 10 minutes away by car.

Kevin and Gena were great to deal with, Gena met us at the Villa and showed us around, and because we had an evening flight she arranged a late departure for us which was excellent, this ment we could make the most of our last day in Spain.

We can highly recommend the Villa and hopefully we will be returning next year for another peacefull and relaxing holiday.

This villa was absolutely brilliant!!

The villa is located in a peaceful area, with views from the solarium of the sea and the golf course, but only a few minutes away from the local amenities in El Galan. There are quite a few local bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk as well as a couple of small supermarkets and several banks. The larger Mercadona supermarket is slightly further away but still walkable. It is only a 5 minute drive to Villamartin Plaza with it’s great collection of bars and restaurants and 10 minutes to the beach at La Zenia.

The villa itself is extremely clean, superbly equipped and nicely furnished. Everything you could ever want is in the villa. The villa description and photos are entirely accurate but can’t convey how nice this place really is. The outside areas are wonderful. There is a huge amount of space around the kidney shaped pool for sunbathing, with 6 sunloungers, 3 drinks tables and a parasol. There is a large outside dining table with 6 chairs next to the gas BBQ as well as a smaller table with 4 chairs on the veranda by the villa door. There are also places to sit on the master bedroom balcony, the second bedroom sun terrace and the solarium.

Being able to pick a lemon from the trees in the beautiful gardens to have with a drink adds something else.

Gena and Kevin were fantastic. Even before we arrived at the villa we had developed a great rapport by phone and email. The service they provided was first class.
