Villa is located 15 minutes from Murcia Airport (40 from Alicante) comprises of three spacious bedrooms, master benefiting from en-suite shower room, fully equipped kitchen and family style bathroom. The villa is in a quiet area with fantastic panoramic views out towards the Med, benefiting from a roof terrace ideal for relaxing, BBQs and general use, air conditioning.and now has its own swimming pool. Only a shirt distance also from the Cabo Roig which is a delightful palm tree lined avenue, host to an exciting range of bars, restaurants and shops. At the front of the villa is a large communal swimming pool and children’s paddling pool exclusive to the development. Furthermore five minutes away you can choose from three excellent and challenging golf courses, Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas as well as a whole host of other courses only a short distance further.

Torrevieja is a seaside city and only located a short drive away from the villa. A municipality located on the Costa Blanca in the province of Alicante, in south-eastern Spain. Torrevieja lies about 30 miles south of the city of Alicante. It is host to a beautiful marina, as well as many bars and restaurants which aren't to be missed. Located on a great plain, amongst lagoons, the area boasts some splendid beaches, with which it has developed its tourist capacity in combination with the fishing and the salt-making tradition. For the younger generations there are host of activities to be found including an aqua park, bowling and karting to name but a few. For those that enjoy the clubbing scene, two great clubs in the form of Pacha and El Divino are only a short distance away. Finally and maybe most importantly the area is host to a tremendous array of sandy beaches, perfect to spend at least some of the 320 (on average) days that Torrevieja spends in sunshine.

  • Book now for only £100, deposit refunded on inspection of villa and return of keys. Full balance (does not include £100 security deposit) to be paid in 8 weeks in advance in either Pounds or Euros. Change over days are negotiable subject to availability. On request we are able to arrange transfers from airports to the villa. There is a 70 euro fee, payable on arrival for cleaning and bedding. Also available welcome pack (€20) which includes necessary groceries. Anything else which is required. please feel free to ask and we will do our utmost to provide it for you.

I found this to be an ideal villa for me and my girlfriend, we are a young couple who enjoyed relaxing by the pool, then shopping and dining out in the evening. Everything was easily organised and every request taken care of. We would highly recommend and intend returning next year. Jamie (Cardiff)

We as a family had been on holiday for the previous three years to the same area.The weather is beautiful,the people friendly and the biggest draw for us as parents of two children,the beaches,they are wonderful and so clean! Last year we were looking for a bigger property as grandparents were joining us and another essential we were looking for this time,air conditioning!!! John and Heather's villa was so perfect for us that we are returning this year and cannot wait. The location was perfect ,close enough to everything we needed,especially the communal pool.There is a choice of two pools and even in the middle of August,was never very busy,on occasion we would be the only family swimming! The neighbours were very friendly and helpful and we actually made great friends with two of the British family's who also own villa's on the same street.The immediate area feels like a great community.There are many many lovely restaurants in the area,some special and more expensive and plenty,cheap but providing good quality food,my children especially loved the chinese buffets! where as we loved Eduardo's as a treat,the food was amazing. We visited the markets,waterparks,funfair and many beaches,check out the banana boat ride,awesome! I would,and have recommended this property to friends,although after i booked my two weeks first! It really is a gem.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Lovely Villa

We had a really lovely holiday staying in this villa. Everything was easily arranged, airport transfers etc and when we arrived the villa was lovely and clean and tidy. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you should need, hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, iron and board etc. The three bedrooms are good sizes, air conditioning in master and fans in other two. Roof terrace was great, the whole area was so peaceful. The pool is a few steps away and more often than not we were the only ones in it. There is also another pool which is meant to be a quieter one and that was ALWAYS empty. Just lovely. The villa is a short walk from a supermarket and a few pubs and restaurants, however, the second week we hired a car as we found the walk to the beach from the villa a little to far for the kids (aged 11, 9 and 8) This was also easily arranged and we found the area easy to drive around. Brian who lives in the villa opposite is a wealth of information and always answered questions or solved any problems. All in all a really relaxing peaceful holiday. And VERY hot!!
