Located in a quiet residential area, within 10 /15 minutes walk of the town Catral. This property has electric gate to drive, can sleep up to 8, and has been furnished to a very high standard with private swimming pool. This detached villa offers 4 bedrooms, an American style kitchen, superb views over picturesque mountains and acre’s of orange / lime groves. The town of Catral is approx a 25 minute drive from Alicante airport and approx 15 / 20 minutes drive form the coast. The nearest beaches being La Marina and Guardamar. Catral has a very sleepy and Spanish feel to it, and can boast 2 very Spanish squares with bars and restaurants to suit most tastes.

The villa is located between the villages of Catral and Dolores..... Approx: 25 minutes drive south of Alicante airport with very easy access to the motor-way (A7) and approx: 15 minutes drive from the nearest beaches ( Guardamar & La Marina). The villa is situated amongst lemon and orange groves with fantastic views of surrounding mountains. The area has a very strong Spanish feel to it, ideal for families or people looking for a quite relaxing holiday.... The location is also idea for the type of person looking for a piece of Spain, with easy access to neighbouring towns that can give all comforts of being at home.

NO smoking is allowed in the villa, and we have no problem with people smoking on the balconies and garden. Outside full size Table Tennis table!!!!!! And now a Pool Table, Giant Jenga and Darts.....

My husband and I have talked about hiring a holiday villa for years. We finally did it this year. As we are both work full time we wanted something special away from the madding crowd. After several months searching we found this villa on the intranet. Booking was easy and communication with the owner was always honest and good. We received very clear details on how to find the villa. On arrival the villa fulfilled all our expectations and continued to do so for the three weeks we were there. Our sons joined us with their partners and my sister came with her children for a week. All our quests loved the villa as much as we did. We had a barbeque one evening for 17 people and had enough space and kitchen equipment to serve them all. We enjoyed the villa and its grounds so much we rarely went out. We will definately book this villa again in the future
