The villa has a 8m x 4m private pool, 8m x 3m Mediterranean Kitchen (New 2005), roof terrace, covered terrace, BBQ terrace, 2 other terraces, garage and off street parking. The property has been completely refurbished to a high standard ready for the 2004 summer season to include NEW: bathrooms (3) Kitchens (2) floor tiles, air con, and all furnishings. Located in an exclusive area 1.5km from the nearest beach 2km from the historic town centre and fabulous new marina and within walking distance of quality restaurants (Javea is only 6km). The villa and Apartment are equipped with brand new 2.4m dish satellite system whic receives sky and UK terresterrial digital channels (BBC 1/2/3, ITV 1/2, Channel 4, Five, CBeebies, CBBC etc. There is a great selection of holiday reading books, games and playstation 2.
