The property has been completely refurbished to a high standard ready for the 2004 summer season to include NEW: bathrooms (3) Kitchens (2) floor tiles, air con, and all furnishings. Located in an exclusive area 1.5km from the nearest beach 2km from the historic town centre and fabulous new marina and within walking distance of quality restaurants (Javea is only 6km). Recently refurbished to a high spec for the 2004 summer season to include all new: Kitchens (2) Bathrooms (3), tiling, decor, furniture, furnishings and air conditioning throughout. The pool has been completely refurbished, and a new 8m x 3m Mediterranean kitchen will be complete for Summer 2005 equipped with sink, fridge, gas BBQ and granite worktops, power and light overlooking the pool and sea under the shade of a glorious old Palm tree, perfect for al fresco dining. We have also added a shaded Boules area. The main villa is equipped with DVD home cinema system, wall mounted plasma style TV, Playstation 2, Sky Satellite and all uk digital and terrestial channels BBC 1/2 ITV, Four and Five etc
