A luxury 3 bed villa, equipped for the perfect family holiday
A brand new villa that has been equipped to the highest standard, with all the equipment a family may need. Situated on Monte Pego, a prestigious urbanisation of private villas, nestled into the mountainside with amazing panoramic views over orange groves and views of the Mediterranean and Denia's 26 km beach. The villa is furnished tastefully and the kitchen is fully equipped. However it is the outside space where you will spend the most time with an extra large terrace, 8x4 pool with easy access Roman steps for the kids (with safety in mind, we have put in a gate to stop children getting unsupervised access to the pool) built-in bbq and a covered porch to escape the sun! The superb views make the terrace/porch the perfect place for a peaceful evening meal. Monte Pego is 15 mins from Denia and 25 mins from Javea. Fantastic beaches can be found within 15 mins at Oliva and Denia. Supermarkets, banks and bars are within 5 mins and in the surrounding area there are 3 golf courses.

| Notes: | We have tried to ensure this villa can offer the ideal holiday whatever your needs! Books, videos, CD's and Games are left at the villa for your enjoyment, plus a selection of poolside games and toys. Within a short walk is the Bellavista complex which offers a bar, restaurant, large pool, paddling pool, crazy golf, tennis and a gym. If golf is your passion, Oliva Nova Golf is closest, designed by Ballesteros and about 10 mins by car, 18 holes with a very good driving range. La Sella Golf is within 15 mins, 18 holes, designed by Olazabal. Not much water, but is considered to be quite difficult. Javea Golf is within the same distance, and contains 9 holes is a very nice course, with good practice areas. In short whatever your holiday requirements, kids or not, sporty or peaceful, exploring or recharging the batteries, Villa Viento and Monte Pego can be adapted to your needs! |
Denia Town & Entertainment (Theme & WildlifeParks)
The nearest town, Denia, is an attractive castle town set in an area described by the World Health Organisation as 'one of the healthiest living environments in the world'. The town has a wealth of good quality shops, bars and restaurants offering a wide range of international and Spanish cuisine. There are regular local fiestas when the town bursts into a riot of music, fireworks and spectacular street parades. There's the busy seafront, with its many bars and nightlife, and the bustling fishing and ferry port, where you can catch a boat to any of the Balearic Islands. Theme Parks - The villa is within a 30 minute drive of Terra Mittica Theme Park and Aqualandia water park at Benidorm - two great days out for all the family. Wildlife Park - Within a 5 minute drive is El verger wildlife park
Nature Lovers
From north to south, the capes of San Antonio, San Martín, Negre and La Nao crown the coastline, creating a series of coves blanketed with white, sun bleached sand or shingle. The gentle waves separate the coast from the picturesque islands of Portichol and Descubridor out to sea and sculpt the fabulous caves of Orguens and Tallada. Further inland, the huertas and vineyards cover the countryside around Javea, speckled with farmhouses showing their typical riu-rau silhouettes with characteristic arched porches used for drying grapes to make the region's famous raisins. To the north, the natural park of Montgó rises up to 753m above sea level, nurturing on of the most valuable botanical reserves in the Valencian Region
Getting There & Dual Bookings
Getting There - Monte Pego is half way between Alicante and Valencia airport and takes about 1 hour to get to. Both airports are serviced by major airlines. Alicante is serviced by Easyjet, Excel airways, British Midland, Iberia, Monarch and Britannia. Valencia is serviced by British Airways and Iberia. Dual bookings - For families looking to travel in groups larger than 6. We can organise a second villa for rental less than 50 metres away (subject to availability). This ensures you can enjoy each others company whilst still having that all important quiet moment!
Other Activities At the bottom of the mountain is a safari park for all ages and within a short drive you can loose yourself in Inland spain with its fantastic walks
