Charming village of Pedreguer:
The narrow streets around the village of Pedreguer are a perfect for strolling around and meeting the locals. A weekly market is held in the main square by the old church and there are numerous little shops and tapas bars around every corner.
Something for everyone, there are lots other attractions in the vicinity there including Benidorms Terra Mitica - Europe's newest theme park, Aqualandia Waterpark and Mundomar Exotic Sealife Park within 30 mins drive. There is also a Safari Park 20 mins drive from the villa. The terrain of the Montgo and Jalon valleys provide the perfect environment for mountain biking and walking. 10 minutes drive inland from the villa will take you into the superb scenery of the mountain ranges and 1hr to the fortress village of Guadalest & its15th Century castle.
Denia:
Lying beneath the heights of the Montgo natural park, historic, elegant Denia is a far less brash holiday resort than some of its neighbours. Inhabited by the Phoenicians and the Greeks, Denia was named in the honour of thr Roman goddess Diana. English raisin-dealers lived here throughout the 19th century. The towns broad streets and solid buildings date from this time. Denia's main street - the Calle Marques de Campo is a broad tree-lined avenue and is a wonderful place to take an evening stroll around the many shops or sit at one of the cafe's and what the world go by over a cool drink & some tapas or an ice-cream for the children. Denia's famous 15th century castle houses a small archaeological museum. The picturesque old quarter near the fishing port is great to stroll around. From the port you can catch ferries running daily to the Balearic Islands. Or if the beach is more your thing then choose between Les Rotes (clear water off rocks) or La Marineta (safe clean sandy beaches)

If you like golf you have chosen the right place for your holiday! In the close vicinity of the villa there are 4 golf courses: Club de Golf la Sella, Denia is just five minutes drive from the villa. This 18 hole championship golf course was advised by Jose Maria Olazabel and offers a well balanced course for players of all levels. Set in the protected environment of the Montgo Valley, this rolling Par 72, 6473 yard course is lined with Orange, Lemon and Almond trees and presents some challenging drives, narrow fairways and fast greens. Buggies, trolleys and clubs may also be hired, again booking in advance is required. Other facilities include pitching and putting greens, practise bunker, driving range and pro shop.
