Casa Vista is a beautiful brand new villa situated on the prestigious Monte Pego Urbanisation. With stunning views overlooking the orange groves, mountains and 20km of beautiful sandy beaches which consistently win the European Blue Flag award. The villa is equipped to the highest standard with everything you could wish for in a perfect holiday retreat. Inside, the villa is tastefully furnished and the kitchen fully equipped. Outside you can take a dip in the 8x4m pool or enjoy the fantastic views whilst soaking up the sun on the extra large terrace. There is a built in bbq and a covered porch which provides the perfect al fresco dining area where you can enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the sunset. There are supermarkets, banks, bars and restaurants just few minutes away with more extensive facilities in the nearby towns of Denia (15mins) and Javea (25mins). 3 golf courses close by and watersports facilities can be found in Denia and Oliva.

Nearest Ferry: Denia at 12 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: Ondarra at 5 Kilometres

Casa Vista is ideally situated for those who want to explore the beautiful Valencian region or for those who simply want to relax and recharge the batteries. For the golfer, the Ballesteros designed course at Oliva is closest. The 18 hole course has a good driving range and is about 10 mins by car. La Sella is within 15 mins, 18 holes designed by Olazabal. Not much water but is considered quite difficult. The 9 hole Javea Golf is the same distance away and has a good practice area. For family fun the Vergel Safari Park is at the bottom of the mountain and the Terra Mitica and Aqualandia theme parks 30mins drive to Benidorm. For those who don’t want to stray too far there are books, games, cds, dvds at the villa for you to enjoy.

Denia Town: Denia, is an attractive castle town set in an area described by the World Health Organisation as 'one of the healthiest living environments in the world'. The town has a wealth of good quality shops, bars and restaurants offering a wide range of international and Spanish cuisine. There are regular local fiestas when the town bursts into a riot of music, fireworks and spectacular street parades. There's the busy seafront, with its many bars and nightlife, and the bustling fishing and ferry port, where you can catch a boat to any of the Balearic Islands. The traditional Spanish towns of Orba, Oliva and Pego also lie close by.

Surrounding Area: Monte Pego is surrounded by the natural park of Montgo rising up to 753m above sea level and the 1000 hectares of the Oliva-Pego 'Marjal' Wetland Nature Park with its thermal spring the 'Font Salada'

Getting There & Dual Bookings: Getting There - Monte Pego is half way between Alicante and Valencia airport and takes about 1 hour to get to. Both airports are serviced by major airlines. Alicante is serviced by Easyjet, Excel airways, British Midland, Iberia, Monarch and Britannia. Valencia is serviced by British Airways and Iberia.
