There are so many things to do in this beautiful Spanish Town and the local area. There is a large welcome book in the villa. This details local fiestas and attractions, events that happen each day, local beaches, restaurants, walks around the town and lots more information to make your holiday as good as we possibly can.
Within a km and easy downhill walk is one very safe sandy beach with beach bar, sunshades, loungers, and lifeguards. Within a similar distance is a selection of perfect rocky coves, with rock pools, good snorkelling and sunbathing platforms. Even a perfect tapas bar right at the waters edge and a 5 km long paved promenade.
2 kilometres further is the start of 20 kms of perfect safe sandy beaches with numerous beach bars, tapas bars, sunshades, loungers, jet ski and Hobie cat hire and much much more. Denia is just 5km off the motorway to Alicante,Valencia,50mins & Murcia airport 70m
Large Family Holidays:
This villa has proved perfect for large family holidays with grand parents, parents and grandchildren or similar. The upper floor provides fantastic views and a degree of peace and seclusion from the larger accommodation, swimming pool, BBQ and terrace at the lower level. The master suite has its own wide-screen TV & huge sunny breakfast balcony with stunning views. Teenagers can stay up and then lie in on the lower floor whilst parents can enjoy peace and more modest hours on the upper floor! Each floor is totally independent with it's own bathrooms, kitchens, lounges,42' wide screen televisions with extensive satellite channels and private terraces. However the two floors are linked by an internal staircase when required and all guests meet up and share the huge main terraces with BBQ and pool. It is therefore possible for all guests to have as much or as little peace as they want as and when they want
