Perfect family villa with private pool, set in a quiet residential area, yet only a 15 minute walk or 5 minutes drive from all the facilities of 20km of fabulous sandy beaches, marina, restaurants, supermarkets & the charming old medieval town and castle. Very friendly local bar/restaurant & 2 large supermarkets nearby. Denia is a very attractive town with a lovely tree lined main shopping street, numerous quaint narrow old streets, a night time craft market and more than 50 restaurants facing the town harbour. There are numererous beach bars dotted along the glorious perfect sandy beach together with many larger restaurants. You are spoilt for choice. Terra Mitica, Waterworld & a Safari Park are all nearby. A small restaurant, and a lovely local shady bar selling very popular tapas and ice creams is just 300 metres away. Activities and nearby beaches : There are so many things to do in this beautiful Spanish Town and the surrounding area. There is a large welcome book in the villa. This details local fiestas and attractions in the areas, events that happen each day, local beaches, restaurants, walks around the town and lots more information to make your holiday as good as we possibly can. Within a kilometre and easy downhill walk is one very safe sandy beach with beach bar, sunshades, loungers, and lifeguards. Within a similar distance is a selection of perfect rocky coves, with rock pools, good snorkelling and sunbathing platforms. Even a perfect tapas bar right at the waters edge and a 5 kilometre long paved promenade. 2 kilometres further is the start of 20 kilometres of perfect safe sandy beaches with numerous beach bars, tapas bars, sunshades, loungers, jet ski and Hobie cat hire and much much more.
