A beautifully appointed detached private villa with totally private swimming pool and garden, situated just a few minutes walk from the beach. Comprising of spacious living/dining area (Satellite TV - BBC ITV Sky MTV Eurosport), Double and twin bedrooms on the ground floor together with a luxury bathroom (bath/shower) and additional bathroom (shower). A further twin bedroom in the tower is accessed by the external staircase. Fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher and microwave, a separate laundry room with washing machine and deep freeze, external summer kitchen with fridge, running water and gas BBQ. A selection of DVD's CD's books and games are available for use in the villa. Outside a pretty garden with shady areas and terraces with 7 x 3.5 metre kidney shaped swimming pool. Located within easy walking distance of a number of restaurants to suit every taste and pocket, local shops and supermarkets. There is air conditioning throughout the ground floor accommodation.

Els Poblets is a pleasant coastal village on the northern side of Denia in the Alicante district. With views of the Segaria mountains and bordered by orange groves it has a typical Spanish flavour, the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. Choose a day on the beach or a pleasant wander through the tranquil old town. The more energetic may wish to visit the Municipal Stadium boasting a wide range of facilities from indoor football to pelota. Try your hand at windsurfing or one of the many other water sports available in the area. The restaurants of Els Poblets serve a cosmopolitan variety of dishes to suit every taste. Fresh seafood is a speciality. A short drive from Denia with it's delightful marina, fishing harbour and 16th century castle walls,where yet more bars, restaurants and shops entice the explorer. Old town Javea and the beach area of Arenal, approximately 13 kms away, are also well worth a visit.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rates include Bed linen, Bath towels, Electricity and Water. A final cleaning charge of €85 is also included.
    A small welcome pack is available for all guests by arrangement if you are likely to arrive after normal shop hours, and our local representative can help you out with any questions you may have. A deposit of 25% is required on booking with the balance due 8 weeks before the holiday begins. A refundable bond of £250 against damages is required, and is payable with the balance 8 weeks before travelling. This will be refunded within 14 days of your return subject to no damage being reported.
    Rates for short breaks or long lets are negotiable.
  • We can accept payments through PAYPAL , direct bank transfers in Sterling or €uros, or personal cheques.
  • Other attractions in the area include Terra Mitica and Aqualandia in the Benidorm area, La Ciutat (including L'Oceanografic) and the Lladro pottery in Valencia, and the Vergel Safari Park at El Verger. Easily accessed golf courses at Club de Golf Javea, Campo de Golf Oliva Nova, and the 18 hole championship course at La Sella.

Lovely traditional villa, very private. Children enjoyed especially the pool and satellite tv and traditional barbecue. lots of storage for clothes and full kitchen facilities, Nicer in real life than in the photos. Def would recommend - other recommendations are that someone meet you to show you exactly where villa is and Car is def required. ensure whoever is staying in top room doesnt mind walking down outside steps at night (fully lit) , Went in June/July and lovely breeze so only very hot for few hours - tv came in handy. score 8/10. Family renting the house very helpful and friendly.... Thank you had lovely stay
