New villa in an established area on the top of Monte Pego with large terraces (120sq m) and private swimming pool (5x10m). Spacious master bedroom with private bath and small terrace. Two other bedrooms all with new beds and air-conditioning units in all three bed rooms. Floor heating on bathrooms (electric, all year) and radiating floors (winter). Modern kitchen with 'everything'. Local caretaker, Swiss lady. Top references, please feel free to ask for details.
