Designed to reflect the ambience of Denia’s Raisin Baron era this luxurious, three bedroom, three bathroom villa makes an impressive statement. The large master bedroom is elegantly appointed with rich fabrics and period antiques and has a romantic Roman style en-suite bath. The private balcony commands a spectacular view of the Mediterranean and former raisin terraces where guests can sip evening cocktails. The other two vaulted ceiling bedrooms are equally spacious, one twin bedded with en-suite shower room and one double with large en-suite bath. All bedrooms have a sea and poolside views. A grand baronial fireplace is the focal point of the comfortable lounge area. A separate circular dining room with seating for eight leads on to a stylish, fully fitted American style kitchen. A silk draped veranda with table and chairs overlooks the Roman ended swimming pool and lounge area. To one side is a large built in barbecue area. Privacy is secured by a hand hewn natural stonewall.

The villa is located 1.5 km from the nearest Blue Flag beach and 2 km from the historic town centre and Denia Marina. A fulltime gardener impeccably grooms the lush tropical grounds spread over four walled terraces. The pool is professionally maintained weekly. A gated car terrace provides secure off road parking. The world class Denia Marina is gaining in prominence with numerous offshore races viewable. Having its own fishing fleet, Denia is noted for its fine seafood restaurants and steak houses. The property is sadly not suitable for wheelchair visitors. The quaint popular town of Javea is 10 minutes drive over the scenic Montgo Mountain. Additional information about rental rates

  • Though our rates are listed in Euros you can pay in Pounds Sterling, Euros or US Dollars. The normal rental period is Saturday to Saturday though we do try to accommodate exceptions. Key holder available to greet guests up to 8pm. There will be a small charge for late arrivals as we meet each party upon arrival. 25% non-refundable deposit is payable upon reservation with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Should you need to cancel once the final payment has been made we will re-list the property and ONLY if it has been re-let will we refund this portion. Included with the final payment must be a refundable Damage Deposit of 450 euros. This will be refunded within 10 days after property inspection. Renters are responsible for organising their own personal travel insurance to cover cancellation, injury, loss, damage etc. Renters cannot sublet without prior permission from the owners.
  • Provided in the price is a Welcome Basket complete with local amenity details, restaurants and events calendar. Bed linen, towels and pool towels are included. Please bring beach towels. Hair dryer provided. Arrangements can be made for children’s cots and high chairs at an extra charge. Smoking is not permitted in the villa. Pool raft provided. Air conditioning and heat is individually controlled by room. All windows have fully fitted mosquito screens for those preferring sea or mountain breeze. Information on nearby golf courses can be provided.
  • Before and after the rental period the villa & all linens are professionally cleaned. The charge for this is 100 euros for 2 people, 125 euros for 4 people and 150 euros for 5 or 6 people. Check out time 10 AM to allow time for cleaning. Check in is at 4PM. Should your flight arrive early in the day we will try to accommodate you but the cleaning team may still be working! Renters are responsible for organising their own personal travel insurance to cover cancellation, injury, loss, damage etc. Renters cannot re-let/sublet the villa to any other party. Any extra days to weekly hires are charged pro-rata prevailing weekly rates.

Half Term Heaven

We stayed here for a week during October half term 2008 and our first impression of this villa was WOW! Inside and out.
With beautiful gardens and spectacular views we were delighted we had chosen this villa. Inside was completely spotless, extremely cosy and well thought out and equipped. We received a useful welcome pack to Denia and to the Villa from the owners, Alex and Roberta, who also volunteered to do an initial shop ready for our arrival.

They were terrific hosts and on our first morning in Denia, Alex took us for a detailed tour of the town showing us key eating spots, shops and attractions. He even showed us the local market which is amazing for shopping.

The pool is extremely private to the villa and it is clean and in great condition- an evening swim or early morning swim is a must do!!!!!

If you don't feel like a swim or sunbathe, go inside and watch the videos and DVD's provided in the villa- perfect family entertainment or, if you fancy going out, have a brisk 15 minute stroll down to the sea front where there are fantastic resturants to eat at, with finest Denia food.

A truly amazing holiday!

Simply Perfect!

We stayed at this villa for 2 weeks in 2007 and 2008. It is the perfect location about 1 mile from the main town but not out in the sticks. The views are fabulous and the villa itself is excellent with everything you require for that perfect family holiday. Major plus points are:
1. Very private around the pool area
2. Overall facilities excellent, when too hot in the day the children would go inside and watch television and DVD's.
3. The windows have mosquito mesh which allows fresh air in while keeping pests out.
4. Fully air conditioned thoughout.
5. Plug in Mosquito repellants.
6. Property well maintained and very clean.
7. There is a great seafood restaurant called Mena only 3 minutes by car from the villa, it sits on rocks overlooking the sea.
8. Alex, the owner, is an excellent host as are all Scottish folk and was kind enough to show us round for an hour in his car on our first stay to familiarise us with the beautiful town and attractions. He introduced us to the restaurant mentioned above.
Alot of the villas for rental in Denia are located on Montgo the mountian area to the back of Denia, we visited friends their and getting to these properties is painful to say the least. This villa is located south along the seafront and is perfectly positioned and easy to get to. Denia is a must!

What a fantastic place!!!

This is just a short note to cnofirm that if you are looking for a property rental for a relaxing and fun break and are as yet undecided...look no further.

This genuinely is a lovely,well kept and private villa accomodation.From the upstairs veranda overlooking the pool area down to the hammock on the lower garden.

Need i say more.

As good as it looks.

A Beautiful Spanish Villa

My wife and I honeymooned here with our 12 month old daughter in early October. We only have good things to say about the Villa, the owners and the area. The Villa is beautifully designed, wonderfully furnished and in a lovely location on the edge of town. Its apparent the minute you see it that alot of thought has gone into its presentation. The owners, Alex and Roberta, are really helpful and friendly and made us feel very much at home the minute we arrived. The area itself helped make a great holiday. Denia is a lovely town with a cosmopolitan feel. It has a really nice main street where you can sit out in the shade of the trees and have a drink or eat a lovely meal and it has a huge Marina full of very expensive boats. So, by now you've probably guessed that we had a great honeymoon and recommend this property with a (jealous) smile!

Wonderful Villa

We enjoyed this wonderful villa the last week of August 2008. Everything you read about the villa, Roberta and Alex and Denia are true and better then expected. The home was clean and comfortable, everything we needed and wanted, including a tour from Alex. No problems what so ever. We rented a car and that was a must! Visit Javia it is beautiful and Valencia is worth the trip. Also, went to the Tomatina, what a trip! Our son is studying in Bilbao, Spain so it was a vacation for him too. We snorkeled, scuba, ate a lot and relaxed! We highly recommend this villa!
