This semi detached villa, with its own secluded garden and private swimming pool, plus a communal pool, is perfect for an away from it all family holiday. The property boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a new electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer toaster, electric kettle, and washing machine. Bathroom with shower. Towels are provided. Guests are required to bring own beach towels. The 2 bedrooms each have built in wardrobes, bedside tables 1 double and 2 single beds. All bed linen is supplied. The lounge has air-conditioning and includes leather sofas, dining table, satellite TV, Hi-Fi, DVD player which also plays MP3's. French doors lead directly onto your own private covered terrace with swimming pool and garden. The garden has palm trees, shady spots and sunbathing areas with sun beds, and a glass table with chairs for dining alfresco. Nearby there is the added benefit of the large gated communal swimming pool with kiddies splash pool set amidst landscaped gardens.

Els Poblets is a pleasant coastal village on the northern side of Denia. Just 1 hours drive from either Alicante or Valencia airports. With views of the Segaria mountains and bordered by orange groves it has a typical Spanish flavour, the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. The nearby restaurants serve a cosmopolitan variety of dishes to suit every taste. Fresh seafood is a speciality. A short drive from the villa are world class golf courses La Sella and Oliva Nova. For the children Terra Mitica theme park and Aqualandia are just 25 minutes away. There is also the Vergel Safari Park 5 minutes away. Denia is only 7 kms away, with it's delightful marina, fishing harbour and 16th century castle walls, where yet more bars, restaurants and shops entice the explorer. Old town Javea and the beach area of Arenal, approximately 13 kms away, are also well worth a visit.

La Sella: Located on the slopes of a mountain, the La Sella Golf Club. It lies next to Montgó Natural Park, and is surrounded by Mediterranean woodland and hills. Pine trees, orange trees, olives and almonds add colour to the course and, although they are pretty to look at, will cause big problems for less accurate players. The course has 18 holes and a par of 72. It is varied and thought provoking and moderate in length and, if you know how to use all of your clubs, you will be able to get a good result. The design of the courses means it is suitable for players of all levels, with the difficulty apparent at the tees. The designer, with the expert help of José María Olazábal, designed the course in such a way that if you miss the green, you will need all the virtuosity of the Spanish Champion to save the par.

Oliva Nova: Oliva Nova Golf is a Severiano Ballesteros designed championship course, and is used for several Spanish National and Tour events. There are numerous water hazards to catch the errant shot, however the accurate player is well rewarded by receptive greens with excellent putting surfaces. The clubhouse provides excellent facilities including a lovely restaurant and bar, with a large balcony affording spectacular views over the golf course. There is also a well equipped golf shop with club, trolley and buggy hire.

Excellent holiday! Villa exactly as description, very clean and tidy, comfortable and well maintained. Del and Sue were excellent hosts but also mindful of our privacy. The pool area was beautiful, the perfect place to cool off and enjoy our al-fresco meals. Thank you, certainly not our last visit!

Many thanks to Sue and Del for letting us use their Villa in October 2009. We found it to be exactly as described, and also clean and well equipped.....they even left us some essentials in the fridge for when we arrived!
The village is very secluded, so would recommend a car if you want to visit the numerous local beaches or find some livelier night life, as these are a little further afield.
Sue and Del really look after you, and help as much or as little as you need. Great people, great place.

Had a fantastic time at the villa. Accommodation great, everything you need, thanks for your hospitality and the information you provided. Swimming pool great - spent a lot of time in and around it. Els Poblets great place to go with a number of restaurants within easy level walking distance (5 mins) and take a walk down to the pebble beach for an evening drink. Very good staying place

We enjoyed our staying at your place. The owners were very friendly and helpfull! The pool and house where very clean. Also the kitchen was clean and with comfort. I can recommend this place to everyone who willl enjoy a lovely stay in a piecefull and lovely house. It is better to have a car for rent to get to the place of Denia and to shopping. We had one and visited the mountains, this was great!.

A really lovely villa

This is a really lovely villa: very well equiped in all areas (kitchen equipment, family entertainment, air conditioning, etc.), comfortable, spacious and nice furnishings. The private pool was kept crystal clear with daily attention and the communal pool made a nice change when the children needed some friends to play with.

Sue and Del were perfect hosts: v. friendly and helpful but v. considerate of our privacy.

The sea is a short walk away, as are the shops in this friendly, peaceful village.

Lots to see and do in the area. All in all a perfect family holiday, would highly recommend it.
