Villa consists of 1 double and 1 twin bedroom on upper level and 1 twin on lower level, each with their own bathroom/shower rooms. Making it ideal for 2 separate families or families with teenage children. The villa has a circular living room, separate dining room and fully fitted kitchen with all appliances. A DVD player is provided with a selection of films. The villa also has its own private pool and patio area, both with sea views.

Denia has a beautiful, international marina, and from its port ferries to Majorca and Ibiza leave daily, it also has a daily fish market. The harbor area has extensive bars and restaurants which serve locally caught fish. Denia also has one of the best beaches on the Spanish coast line hence its name “The White Coast”. The sea is warmer than the Costa Del Sol area which is cooled by the Atlantic. Amongst the scenic rural surroundings nestle several golf courses, towns, and beautiful villages providing excellent facilities.

  • Booking requires a 20% deposit to be sent with booking form. Full payment is required 8 weeks before departure. The Applicant must notify any additions or alterations to the booking form in writing. Applicants cancelling a booking up to 8 weeks before departure will lose their deposit. Applicants cancelling a booking less than 8 weeks before departure will be liable for the total cost of their booking.
    It is your responsibility to ensure that you and those for whom you are booking are in possession of valid passports.
  • On booking there is a £100 security deposit required, which is returned when the villa is vacated in good condition.
