Puerto de las Marinas is a brand new indoor shopping complex with large supermarket, restaurants, multi screen cinema and bowling is only 5 minutes drive from the villa.

The nearest beach at Los Molinos is approx 15 minute drive as is the port and town of Denia. The resort of Javea and the popular Arenal beach are approx 20 minute drive. The 18 hole championship golf courses at La Sella, Javea and Oliva are approx 10 and 20 minute drive away. Alicante and Valencia airports are both approx 1 hour drive on main signposted roads.

  • Easter at £500 per week. £200 deposit payable at time of booking, balance is payable 10 weeks before departure. A £200.00 refundable damage deposit is required before your departure and is returned when owners have safe return of keys. On arrival beds will be made up and towels left for each guest. On a two week stay, a mid-term clean and linen/towel change is available subject to an additional cost, please advise at the time of booking if this service is required.
