This fully air conditioned villa is on the prestigious La Sella Golf Resort, just 8 kilometres from Denia. It has stunning panoramic views of both Javea and Denia bays as well as overlooking the 18 hole La Sella Golf Course (due to be 27 hole by summer 2010). It is modern, spacious and well equipped. The villa is on 2 levels. Upstairs is a huge bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The bedroom has a beautiful terrace overlooking the Golf Course and out to the sea. On the ground level there are 2 bedrooms (both ensuite), a spacious lounge with TV. The kitchen is fully fitted and modern. There is a separate wc. There is a fabulous glazed terrace leading onto the swimming pool, open terrace and BBQ, all with panoramic views. Truly stunning. There is car parking, the garden is completely enclosed and private.
