Traditional self-catering villa with private pool in a quite area close to beach and restaurants. Ideal for a family summer holiday or as a romantic getaway. The villa is close to Denia town centre and many attractions including the Terra Mitica theme park. There are also water sports, sailing and golf nearby. The villa has three generous bedrooms with a master suite comprising a large double bedroom (with access to terrace) open plan to an annexe that can accommodate a travel cot and a large en suite bathroom. Ideal as a family suite. Bedroom two is a large double room with doors to terrace. Bedroom three is a twin room which also has doors opening on to the terrace that surrounds the villa. The garden at the rear and terrace are perfect for morning sun. The roof terrace enjoys sea + mountain views. To the other side is a covered terrace for dining in the shade, sun terrace, private pool and large BBQ. Cot available on request. MID WEEK CHANGE OVER AVAILABLE ON REQUEST

Denia is a cosmopolitan town of roman origins and has miles of safe sandy beaches (Las Marinas being the largest), and is an old fishing town dominated by its ancient castle on a hill at the centre. It is located on the Costa Blanca's northern end and is very close to the LA SELLA GOLF with the 5 star Marriot spa hotel and a further 3 golf courses within 15 mins drive, plus the Montgo National park, marinas and fast ferry available for day trips to the Balearic islands of Ibiza and Majorica. Denia has many excellent and exclusive shops and is ideally situated just 1 hour from Valencia with the attractions of the Americas Cup. The 'Mundomar marine animal park', 'Aqualandia' water park and Terra Mitica theme park are all nearby. Closest airports are Valencia and Alicante both 1 hour away and serviced by the budget airlines, EasyJet, Monarch and Ryan Air.
