This villa with spectacular views is surrounded by orange groves and situated on a 3000m² flat plot. Enjoy the amazing sunsets from one of the many terraces. The house has a 5,5 by 11 metres fenced in pool with roman steps and a south-west facing landscaped garden. Only 1½ km from the beach, 1 km from the typical Spanish village Ondara and 5 km from Denia. The inside of the house has also been restored, with great care and preservation of original details. The kitchen has just been reformed with all the best materials. Indeed a very luxurious holiday retreat!

A magnificent fishing and commercial port links it daily to the Balearic Islands.
