Delightfully well established villa

This private property is on the road outside of Al Altet on the way to Elche it has a well established garden with orange and lemon trees and grape vines in the garden.It has a private swimming pool with outside shower and barbeque. The villa is within easy access to local towns for shopping eg. El Altet, Elche, Alicante and Santa Pola with many loca lrestaurants and markets, 15 minutes from main town of Alicante by car, seven minutes to the nearest beaches which stretch for miles along the seafront. There are four golf courses in the area and outdoor sports available in Alicante, plus boats which visit the local islands near by + mallorca

Local shopping in El Altet two minutes drive from the villa, a further two minute drive through palm trees roads to the sandy beaches which run for miles in both directions. Alicante town is a fifteen minute drive by car, which has a Marina Port with bars, restaurants and discos which are open 24 hours; surrounding the Marina is a prominade where play facilities are available for children and market stalls for grown-ups. Local markets are on Saturdays and Monday in Santa Pola (mornings only) and Thursdays and Saturdays in Alicante, and every Friday evening a markets in Aranals del sol (summer only) . There are four golf courses within the region.
