This end of terraced beach villa is set in the hamlet of Venta Lanuza overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and is only a few metres from a lovely sandy cove that boasts its own bar. Guests also have the advantage of a communal pool set within the complex. The spacious bedroom has a double bed, ample fitted wardrobe space, TV/DVD player and a balcony with a sea view. The large bathroom has a bath, over shower, bidet, toilet and hand basin. Sofa bed in lounge/dining area with TV/DVD player and radio/CD, fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven and hob, microwave and, washing machine. There is a patio area and small garden with a chimney BBQ, sun loungers and, patio furniture.

Venta Lanuza is the new area of El Campello, located in the heart of the Coast Blanca between the historic city of Alicante and the well known holiday resort of Benidorm. It is a quiet location, but idealy situated for touring. A bus stops outside the complex running every hour into El Campello, where you can take the train which runs from Denia to Alicante. There is also a narrow guage railway which is situated a short stroll from the complex-therefore hiring a car is not essential.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A non-refundable deposit of a £100 is required at the time of booking with the balance due six weeks prior to the start of the holiday. If a booking is made within six weeks then, payment in full is required. Bookings are normally Saturday to Saturday but special arrangements may be made upon requests.

    A key/security deposit will also be required at the time of booking to cover any accidental damage/breakages. This security deposit will be refunded after departure, subject to there being no damage to or excess cleaning of the property.

    Payments to be made by cheque.

    Special rates available for long off-peak and winter lets.

A great week's break in October

Property- clean and good amenities/facilities.
Great outdoor facilities with upstairs balcony and outside patio and BBQ area.
A few minutes walk to beach.
Our contact Judy was very helpful and friendly, as was the taxi service with Lee.
The local tram service, 5 minutes walk away, was excellent - very efficient, clean & cheap! Could travel up & down the coast with ease,no car needed for short break.
Only downside was the double bed we kept rolling into each other!

Lovely property, well kept. quiet location which was good, but shame that there were no shops in walking distance except for a very small mini market. Beach bar was excellent value for lunches, food was good too. Just a short stroll to the lovely cove, but make sure you take your own chairs and umbrellas, having said that it was not overcrowded even in August. Excellent service provided by Judy who welcomed us to the little villa, and gave us lots of info and tips. All in all a lovely, peaceful holiday. I just hope that the owner gets the downstairs air con. fixed as it made a huge puddle when in use !!
