Charming 3 double bedroom villa with private pool in pretty mature garden
This charming three bedroom villa is set in its own pretty garden surrounded by jasmine, bougainvillea, orange, lemon, olive and carob trees. It has an open terrace and a shaded terrace both of which overlook the private secluded swimming pool with outside shower. The villa is located 100 metres from the pretty cove beach of Venta Lanuza, with a beach bar restaurant, tapas bar and bakery within a five minute walk. With local bus and train stations within two minutes of the villa for stress free sight seeing along the Costa Blanca sea front. The villa itself has three double bedrooms, the main bedroom has an extra large double bed, second double bedroom has two single beds, the third bedroom is a small double. There is also a double sofa bed available in the living room and a new American style kitchen with dishwasher which lead onto the covered terrace overlooking the pool. The renovated bathroom consists of bath with shower. Next to the pool is an outside shower.

Venta Lanuza, where the villa is located has a pretty sandy bay a short stroll away, with a beach bar/restaurant. There is a local bus service with a frequent daily shuttle to and from Campello. There is also a little costal railway located 5 minutes form the villa, which stops all along the coast from Alicante to Denia, including San Juan, Villajoyosa and Altea. El Campello is located in the heart of the Costa Blanca near the historic City of Alicante. Campello was just a small fishing village but is now an important seaside holiday town. It still retains its original origins including regular fish auctions held at the port. Also close at hand is Villjoyosa with its weekly market. If you are looking for things to keep children entertained there is: Terra Mitica one of Europe's largest theme parks, Mundomar with its dolphins, seals and parrots and Aqualand all very close by and serviced by train stations.

A 25% deposit is required at time of booking (non refundable). The balance is then due 8 weeks before the holiday period starts. A refundable security deposit of £150 is payable to cover any damage or breakages, this is required on arrival and should be paid to the key holder who will refund this at the end of your stay.
Cleaning cost of 50 euros should be paid on arrival to the key holder.
