This spacious villa has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with twin beds with balcony and sea views. The villa has a spacious open plan lounge/dining area, a modern fully equipped kitchen and a down stairs cloakroom, and utility room with washing machine and drying facilities. There is a sunny garden area with sunbeds, and a large patio with garden furniture. The villa is situated just across the road from a safe sandy beach and there is a large shared swimming pool and children's splash pool on the complex.

Luxury villa at small resort of Venta Lanuza just across the road from a beautiful sandy cove. The villa is set in a secure complex of just 66 private villas, has its own large shared swimming pool and children's splash pool. There is a regular bus service from Venta Lanuza to El Campello, as well as a single line train service running along the coast from Alicante to Denia. The railway station at Venta Lanuza is just outside the complex, a few minutes walk. The Bonalba Golf Course is 20 minutes away by car, and there are also gold courses in nearby San Juan and Alicante. The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, TerraNatura and Mundomar and all other attractions of Benidorm are all accessible 20 minutes by car or via the railway

Stayed 23 Dec to 29 Dec 08 villa ideal for what we wanted which was a very peaceful private Christmas. The property is very close to the small cove which has a good sandy beach. Also, plenty of information in the villa for getting out & about to various sights & towns. This is largely easily achieved by close proximity to local coastal railway station giving cheap access to Alicante, Benidorm, Denia etc. Myself & my wife could set up here with no problem, the villa is well appointed with comfortable homely accommodation and I am sure it would be more than ideal in Summer if you like very hot weather.
Only downside for those who like something lively is the fact that this is in effect a really quiet "village".
All in all no hesitation in making a return visit sometime.
