Our air conditioned holiday rental villa comprises 2 double and 2 twin bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. The main level of the holiday villa comprises 1 double and one twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite), large living room (Full UK TV, DVD etc) with a sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen including dish washer and large glazed naya with sitting and dining area. The lower level of the villa comprises a breakfast kitchen, double bedroom leading to a twin bedroom & bathroom. C/H is included for winter lets. The villa is in a large fully fenced plot with an 8x4 solar heated swimming pool with Roman steps, large sunbathing areas, an outdoor kitchen with BBQ, romantic rooftop solarium and parking. The villa has undergone substantial renovations over the past three years. Our holiday rental villa is in the quiet and upmarket Balcon al Mar area about 10 minutes from the centre of Javea. Notes to the rental rates

• SPECIAL OFFER. Booked now for 2008 and only pay 10% deposit instead of the normal 20%.
  Our rentals prices are based on 8 guests. For 4 or fewer guests please deduct £100 per week from the above prices. For 9 guests please add £25 per week. Our availability chart is always up to date!
  IMPORTANT NOTE: Unlike some owners our prices are INCLUSIVE. The price is for up to 8 guests and includes all linen and towels, except beach towels, weekly linen change, cleaning on your departure, all electricity, gas and water charges, heated swimming pool, central heating for the winter and air conditioning for the summer. We also include a welcome pack with our compliments and we have a British agent in Javea.
  
• All rates are for the villa per week. We are happy to be flexible on the duration of your stay and on arrival and departure days. We will ask you for a £200 security deposit which is refunded within 10 days of the end of your holiday on safe return of the keys and the villa in satisfactory condition.
  
• Substantial upgrades have taken place including three brand new bathrooms, new water boilers, new pool terrace and solar heating in the pool. We have installed air conditioning in the bedrooms and supplied new furniture, curtains, bed linen etc. Entertainment now includes DVD as well as radio, satellite TV and video. The satelite TV is a FULL service - not just free to air channels - including Sky Sports and Movies

Despite its popularity Javea has retained its small town charm. Nestling between impressive mountains, Javea's large sandy beaches are sheltered by surrounding rocky coves - giving it safe calm waters and a magnificent surrounding landscape. Javea has a mild all year round climate and the Montgo mountains that lie behind Javea town are now in part a protected nature reserve that is clearly visible wherever you are in Javea. With its variety of landscape, ranging from sandy coastlines to rugged mountains, Javea is definitely the setting for a great holiday. The town comes to life in the hot summer months, with fiestas, markets and with a large influx of international guests, Javea evolves into a buzzing tourist resort.
