Villa Paraiso is in a tranquil area of Granadella just 5 minutes from a quaint beach and 10 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Javea. It is split level and open plan, with many beams and arches throughout creating a typical Spanish ambiance. The upper terrace has extensive sea views and the south facing gardens are shaded by pine trees. The barbeque and pool terrace boasts a mountainous backdrop over the Montgo; the famous landmark of the area. The property also has the benefit of a large 10 metre x 5 metre swimming pool with a slide into the deep end. The property is unique and is well worth paying a small premium for to get the most out of your holiday

Javea is situated on the most easterly point on Mainland Spain at the northern end of the Costa Blanca, approximately 100kms from Valencia and 90 kms from Alicante. The coastline has scenic rocky coves, wonderful beaches and dramatic cliffs. Javea has been voted 'environmentally near perfect' by the World Health Organisation and boasts 320 days of sunshine a year! Javea can be divided into three main areas, the Old Town, the Port and the Arenal. There are also several scenic coves nearby.
