This lovely airy villa is situated in a quiet residential area nestling on the hillside of Benitachell with panoramic views over the village, mountains and Mount Mongo. Entrance to the villa from the covered carport through the front door and to the left are two bathrooms with showers, one double and two twin bedrooms all with ceiling fans and built in wardrobes. One of the twin rooms is decorated with a dolphin theme and appeals especially to the children. To the right is a large semi circular wood beamed lounge with a fully fitted American kitchen. Off the lounge is a semi circular fully glazed wood beamed naya with a ceiling fan, this is the dining room can seat up to 8 people. Steps down to the lower level where we have a utility room with washing machine, ironing equipment and a cloakroom with toilet and basin. There is a large swimming pool with roman steps, patio with sunloungers, tables and chairs, gas barbeque and further raised patios and lawn. The garden has hedges all round

• The villa is my home for six months of the year but during the letting season I live in the Granny Flat which is on the top of the villa with its own separate entrance and terrace which overlooks the road and woods. I am always happy to assist if you need help or advice or if you just want to come up for a chat.

Surrounding Area

BENITACHELL is a very pretty village, rural enough to offer tranquillity, but only ten minutes drive to Javea or Moraira. There is a supermarket, fresh bread shop, butchers and fresh fish shop. The outside market is on a Wednesday morning where you are able to buy fresh locally grown vegetables. JAVEA comprises of three distinct parts, the old town which is full of old Spanish character with its narrow streets and Thursday market, the port and harbour where you can have a beer, coffee or an evening meal overlooking the sea or watch the fishing boats return with their catches. Thirdly is the Playa Arenal which is a wide sandy beach with promenade and many bars and restaurants bustling in the day with sun lovers and in the evening with little market stalls selling leather goods and souvenirs. MORAIRA, what was a small old fishing village is now a small town bustling with many bars, restaurants, gift shops, harbour and long sandy beach beyond the old castle.

Javea golf club is less than 5 minutes away in the valley overlooked by the villa and La Sella course is approx 7 kms towards Denia
