Our villa is situated in a quiet residential area, but with-in easy access to road/motorway exits and nearby towns , supermarkets and amenities. It is decorated to a high standard & has lovely views in all directions and glimpses of the sea towards Javea. Outside there are electric gates through which there is amble parking. The large 10x5 pool enjoys all day sunshine and there is plenty of space for those all important sun-beds. There are inflatables for use in the pool and a pump in case they go floppy! We have board games, & a few toys, which include lego. There is also an additional TV with sky in the master bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, & has a dishwasher, washing machine, iron and board etc. There is a gas BBQ in the garden for your use also. The villa is cleaned to a high standard between lets. All bedrooms have air-conditioning for your comfort. The naya is fully glazed with sliding patio doors, so as to enjoy the out-side in and watch the amazing sunsets.
Area Information:
Benitachell is a village that lies half way between the resorts of Javea and Moraira. Javea golf course is a 5 mins drive, the nearest large supermarket 'Masymas' is a 5 mins drive. It is also a 10 mins drive to Javea 'Old town’ picturesque port and harbour and a 10 mins drive from villa to the lovely Arenal beach; where you will find plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Moraira is a 10 mins drive,with its shops, bars, restuarants beach and marina,and just further round the bay you will find the lovely 'El Portet' beach.
We are also only 20/30 mins drive away from the more busy resort's of Denia and Calpe, and also with-in easy reach of the Jalon valley.
The scenery and coast line of this part of the Costa blanca are truly stunning, from the rolling hills, valleys, views of mount Montgo, to the beautiful sandy coves.
