Beautiful detached villa with private pool, Javea, Costa Blanca
In an excellent location on the slope of the hills of Cap Marti, this is a detached villa, which offers a Spanish feel inside and out. The lower level has a garage, and a storing space. The second level consists of two spacious covered terraces (najas), a living room with tv, a spacious kitchen with washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, two full bathrooms and three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a private bathroom. The 2 other bedrooms (one with twins and one with double bed) share the second bathroom. One toddler bed is available. On the ground floor there is a spare bedroom, with a bunk bed. The 3rd level contains a sun terrace with sea view. The villa is located in a residential and quite area, and provides optimal privacy. The garden, app 1000m3, contains a private flood-lit swimming pool (10x5 meters). At the poolside there is a 3rd bathroom. BBQ area near to poolside. 5 min to beach. 10-15 min to old town, harbour and other beaches.
