This beautiful villa has many features that give it that special appeal. It is set in a local beauty spot and its frontline position provides truly stunning sea views. All the accommodation is provided on one level: the light, modern interior comprises of spacious semi-circular lounge with marble floors and high-beamed ceiling and feature arched windows, separate dining area, modern fully equipped kitchen. The air-conditioning circulates cool air throughout the villa which is furnished to a high standard with all the latest entertainment systems. The terrace and large kidney shaped pool are south facing and ideally positioned for maximum sun. The villa has expansive and established gardens with a covered naya, BBQ area and a solarium with breathtaking 180-degree sea views. The villa is adjacent to the nature reserve with its lighthouse and cliffs overlooking the sea from three sides. Javea has it all : sandy beaches, great restaurants and bars, authentic Spanish culture, a lovely old town, a bustling port -altogether a place you will want to return to year after year. Bathed by the Mediterranean sea and sheltered from the continental winds by Mount Montgo,it is no wonder that the World Health Organization selected Javea as having a near-perfect climate for longevity. Although Javea is cosmopolitan it is still Spanish without a high-rise package tour hotel in sight. Cap de la Nao is at the southern most tip of Javea.It is a well maintained, mature residential area with cliff top nature reserve and lighthouse. It provides breathtaking panoramic views and is an ideal location for leisurely walks along cliff paths whilst taking in the magnificent scenery with easy access to secluded coves of clean, torquoise waters.The sandy Arenal beach is less than 5 minutes by car with the port and old town just beyond. Notes to the rental rates

The rate include the provision of linen and towels which are changed weekly, full cleaning between lets, all gas, water and electricity. Not all villas have air-conditioning but with the long, hot summer last year we felt it necessary for your comfort so if required it is charged separately at cost in order that guests may use it to suit their requirements.
Full double glazed windows, central heating throughout and a stone fireplace with fan assisted wood burner for the cooler months makes it an ideal winter let. For winter period (November to March) the price does not include gas which is paid for separately depending on use.

Do you want to get away from the long, cold winter and make substantial savings on your fuel bills? Longer winter lets are available with substantial discounts available for any period over 2 weeks.

Although a car is recommended it is not essential due to the villas superb location - we can arrange transfers to and from the airport if required. A 25% deposit will be required at time of booking with the balance paid 8 weeks prior to commencement of rental period along with a £250 refundable security deposit.

A Personal Touch
This beautifully maintained villa is privately owned with all accommodation, terrace and pool on one level for that perfect family holiday. We have paid careful attention to all aspects of our villa. The overall feel is of a modern light and airy luxury holiday home but it has been furnished and equipped to a high standard as if it was our main residence. It is not looked after by rental agents- we personally manage the maintenance of the accommodation, pool and grounds to our own high standard and can be on site at short notice should the need arise. As our guests you will receive that personal touch which will make your stay that much more enjoyable and relaxing.
A Prime Location
Cap de la Nao, a local beauty spot with lighthouse, nature reserve and cliffs is a very green and sought-after area. As guests at our villa you will have panoramic views of this magnificent scenery and access to spectacular cliff top walks- attractions that other holidaymakers make a special journey for. Within less than 5 minutes walk are excellent restaurants, bars, tennis courts and a large supermarket with its own bakery offering warm, freshly baked bread. Further along the coast are beautiful coves of sand, pebbles and rocks. Accessible along a roaming road through a pine forest,the clean, turquoise waters of these coves make them ideal for snorkeling. The sandy Arenal beach with port and old town beyond is less than 5 minutes away and for those without their own transport there is even a local bus service to get you there. We are sure that, during your stay, you will come to appreciate the superb position this villa enjoys.
Outdoor Living
With around 320 days of sun throughout the year, our south facing villa has been positioned to ensure maximum 'dawn to dusk' sun on the pool and terrace. As well as a covered naya, there is plenty of natural shade provided for mid-day sun. It is an ideal environment to relax and sip cool drinks and,at the end of a perfect day, watch the sun set over the shimmering sea. The villa is set in a quarter of an acre plot and the garden has been extensively landscaped for your privacy and enjoyment. It has substantial planting all the way round with a range of colourful Mediterranean flowering shrubs as well as a number of individual specimen plants and trees. The villa is situated on a corner plot and is particularly suitable for family groups as the grounds are totally enclosed.
Other Activities scuba diving, snorkelling, go-karting, quad-biking, bowls and much, much more.
Golf Information:
The Costa Blanca has many renowned golf courses of which 5 are less than an hours drive. Javea itself has 2 – the internationally renowned 18-hole course La Sella which is less than 20 minutes away and a 9-hole course which is more difficult than it looks and has superb views of the 'landmark' Montgo mountain. There are further 9-hole courses at Moraira and Altea and a new 18-hole Seve Balesteros designed course at Oliva around 30 minutes away. There are also very good courses at Valencia and Alicante, in particular the famous 18-hole championship links course at El Saler, for those who don’t mind a drive before a round.
