Detached 3-bed villa set in quiet cul-de-sac, own private gardens bbq. Pool 12metres. Plus separate apartment, which has been recently refurbished and is disabled friendly. 5 min walk from restaurants and supermarket. Close to hotel Rodat, which has its own leisure centre and can be used on a daily basis if required. Clients to make their own enquiries to cost. Approximately 1 hours drive from either Valencia or Alicante airports 40 minute drive to Terra Mittica and Aqualandia. 15 minutes walk to the main beach where there is a choice of dozens of restaurants. Can arrange for pick-ups from airports (extra). Although most people use a car, it is not necessary.
