Villa Yoise is a traditional but recently renovated 3 bedroom villa residing in the peaceful Costa Nova district of Javea. Overlooking pinewoods, the villa is located in a tranquil environment which begs leisurely evening walks, with restaurants and shop, just a short walk away. It is however, conveniently close to Javea, with the Port, Old Town and the popular Arenal beach, with numerous bars and restaurants, just 5 minutes away by car. Built on one level overlooking a large 900m2 garden with a much larger than average private pool, the villa provides an ideal base for a relaxing holiday. The villa comprises 3 bedrooms: two double and one twin. The master bedroom has an ensuite comprising of shower, toilet and basin. A master bathroom with a bath, separate shower, toilet and basin serves the other bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with an over head fan with pedestal fans in the others. All the windows have fitted mosquito screens guaranteeing a peaceful nights sleep.

  Late availability - 10% discount on all available weeks
  On selected weeks we offer a 10% discount if a second week is booked.
  Off peak longer stays - 2 weeks £600, 3 weeks £800, 4 weeks £1000. The provision of clean bedlinen/ towels is charged @ 15 euros per person per week from week 2.

By day the sunbeds on the patio area next to the spectacularly large floodlit pool allow relaxed lounging or extensive water sports. The stunning, larger than average garden is lush and green (due to the irrigation system), and has orange and lemon trees, palms and Mediterranean plants giving all year round colour, with a large lawn and terrace. Your very own Mediterranean paradise! It is ideal for children, being totally fenced in and private. For those very hot summer days, there is a shaded area with large teak table and 6 chairs, making a comfortable eating area, next to which is a built in BBQ for your convenience. Should you want to explore the area, Javea's 25km of coastline is home to stunning beaches, coves and caves. Javea's beaches are annually awarded with the EU's Blue Flag. There are a number of coves tucked away around Javea's coast, but here's a list of the most popular: La Grava, El Arenal, Cala Blanca, La Barraca o Portitxol and Ambol.

For those of you who prefer a more active holiday there is golf, tennis, watersports (Javea's coastline is popular with snorklers and divers; visit Buceo Cabo La Nao's website for details of dive sites), fishing (Sport Fishing, Tours de Pesca on 639 677 523), horse riding (located at Centro Hipico, Javea, Tel: 96/597 40 21),bowling (Email Javea Green Bowling or tel. 96/577 15 53) and karting (nearest centre is Karting Laguna Javea, tel. 96/579 5711). The price includes laundry and towels (exc. beach), A refundable £100 breakages deposit is requested. The villa also has full central heating allowing those wishing to take advantage of Javea’s clement winter climate to use it for a short or extended winter break. Air conditioning is available for a small charge in the summer. Bookings are available from Saturday to Saturday. We regret that we do not accept bookings from single sex groups. Casa Yoise is available for long winter lets. The villa has off road parking for 3 cars.
