'La casa con sol besó ramaje” (House with the sun kissed branches) is situated in the tranquil Costa Nova district of Jávea; 5 minutes stroll to shops, bar and restaurants and within 10 minutes drive to Jávea town, beaches, restaurants and bars. The villa has a 10x5M private swimming pool, outside pool shower, well-established private gardens and secure parking. This luxury villa comprises of a lounge with traditional Tosca stone arches, an open plan dining room and glazed Naya with a further dining area. The lounge has Cable TV (SKY), Video, DVD and CD player. There is a master double with en-suite and Cable TV/DVD, two twin bedrooms, and family bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, oven, hob, fridge freezer and dish washer. Washing machine and tumble-dryer are located in a separate utility room. The large south facing sun patio boasts a traditional Spanish BBQ ideal for al fresco dining. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and the villa has full central heating.

Javea is a traditional Spanish town. It has not been spoilt by high-rise construction or over-development. It comprises of 3 main areas - the old town, the port and Arenal the main beach. The old town has many historical buildings set along narrow winding streets that all seem to lead to the Church/market Square at the centre. The port area is home to a local fishing fleet and a modern marina. It has evolved into a trendy lunch/dinner destination with its waterfront restaurants and cafe bars. Behind the beautiful sandy beach at Arenal is another wide choice of boutiques, cafes, bars and restaurants. All of the above is within a 10 min drive from the villa. A great deal of effort is made to ensure that Javea is kept clean and its beaches retain their Blue Flag standard. The area enjoys over 300 days of sun a year. Climatically and environmentally it's the healthiest place in Europe and is a haven for golfers. Javea is just under 1 hour's drive from Alicante Airport.

Rental rates include meet and greet, all linen (excluding beach towels) and welcome pack comprising of: water, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, beer, wine, fruit juice, bread, butter and toilet roll.

A damage retainer of £150 will be added to the total cost of your booking, this will be refunded in full post villa departure inspection. A deposit of 25% is required to confirm the booking. Balance is payable 8 weeks prior to day of arrival. There is no additional charge for the use of the high chairs, travel cot and other child facilities as these are included as standard. Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer.

Our property is managed through our friendly English agents at four seasons management (Sid and Jan) Sid and Jan live in Javea, will meet you, give you the keys, show you around the villa and be at the end of the phone should you have any problems. One of the bonus features of this villa is that it is very child friendly with lots of equipment included as standard enabling you to travel light and not carry the 'essentials' needed for smaller guests. In addition to the fabulous beaches, scenery, bars and restaurants in Javea itself. There are also lots of places to see and visit within an hours drive from the villa. For families with children or those just young at heart you can visit Aqualandia (Themed water park with slides and flumes etc), Mundomar (A marine and exotic animal park near Aqualandia), Vergel Safari Park (Here you can see the lions and tigers roaming in complete freedom along with the leopards, jaguars, iberian wolves and primates), Terra Mitica (Themed roller-coaster and amusement park) and Terra Natura (Zoo with elephants, tigers and lions etc). If you prefer quieter activites why not visit the Jalon Valley (Beautiful scenery, villages, wine making region), Algar waterfalls (fantastic for picnics and swimming), Gudalest (Medieval mountain village and castle), Cactuslandia (lovely gardens full of all varieties of cactus), or the famous Caves of Canelobre.

My family have just returned from a wonderful holiday at this villa. It is clean, bright , has beautiful gardens and fabulous pool. We were especially delighted with how well equipped it is for children. We have 4 and the youngest is 1. There was everything provided to make life easier including cot, highchair, portable highchair,DVD's , board games, baby and kid's toys, kid's TV channels,buckets and spades... I could go on!
Our flight arrived in the evening so it was quite late by the time we arrived at the villa and the shops were shut therefore the welcome pack was a real help.
The villa is in a lovely quiet spot and is very private and secure. There are a couple of shops within walking distance and a larger supermarket just a very short car journey away.We enjoyed eating out at various restaurants but as the kitchen is so very well equipped it makes eating at home nice and easy.We had a really restful and enjoyable holiday and we hope to return again.
