The property comprises a spacious lounge with dining area leading to the private garden with table and chairs, together with digital TV with 24 English speaking channels including BBC, ITV1 and 3, and various sports channels. Separate fully equipped kitchen. Downstairs there is also a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and separate toilet. The upper floor comprises a large shower room with wash hand basin, WC and bidet. There are two bedrooms, one double with balcony and one twin with secluded sun terrace equipped with table and chairs. The communal swimming pool is a minute stroll away and adjacent to a small football/basketball court. The slides in the pool are only open during the summer months. The pool bar is not currently open.

The apartment could be nice, however it's tired the kithchen and downstairs toilet need re-furbishing. the area beyond the kitchen ressembled a junk yard, the washing machine broke down on us, we could not get clean clothes out for 2 days, the repair work carried out was to use a hammer!!
Will not be staying here again.. The clenliness of the apartment was not up to scratch. sorry we have to be honest and this was not worth the money...

This property has been rented by us using holiday-rentals for the past 6 years. The above review is the first negative comment we have had and it has arisen because we had to withhold some of that renters security deposit (£20 only) as a result of damage caused by that particular family.
This is the first time in 6 years that we have encountered behaviour which has necessitated the partial retention of a security deposit.
Please draw your own conclusions.

Just back - stayed late June early July.
Family of 5, including 3 children under 9

Villa perfect for us. As described, if anything description does not do it justice.

Nice garden(with gate) + large roof terraces. Very quiet.

The pool is a mere 8 villas away down a very safe passageway.

Bus stop 1 min away. Car not really needed other than getting to villa.

Supermarket 5 min walk away.

Hope to go back one day

Wonderful holiday. Accommodation excellent, layout just what we needed, parents downstairs, teenagers upstairs!
Property clean and tidy. Owners there to meet and greet us on arrival. Second set of keys given without hesitation. Linen changed mid holiday. Pool superb. 20 minute walk from the town, a little too far when humidity is high!! but pleasant in the evening after a good meal and a few drinks.
Frequented the chinese and Dominoes, and evening stalls good to look around. Aqualandia at Benidorm, Algar falls near Benidorm a must to visit, catamaran trip from Denia was our highlight. Moraira, Denia, Calpe and the Arenal beaches all very nice. Denia offered the water sports more as sea not too rough. Mercadona in Javea best supermarket, good quality food and cheaper. Would recommend this property and I would certainly return.

Great Pool

There were 6 of us, 4 kids ages 12,11,3 &12wks and 2 adults. The pool is fantastic, very safe and great fun for all of us,quiet and private, the only thing you need to remember is take the sunloungers with you as there are none at the pool.(These are provided). The Villa was perfect and had everything we needed, toys for the children, TV, towels etc. Local supermarket within easy walking distance (3mins) and the beach was easy to get to by car with free parking, Apart from Chicken Pox and rain for 2 days we had a superb time and would go again!
