At last - A beautiful Vila, in a great location, fully air-conditioned, excellent value! Completely renovated in 2005, the Villa is as new. Typical Mediterranean design, tasteful decoration and all mod cons make La Sonrisa the perfect place for a wonderful great value holiday. The spacious lounge has cable television (129 programs out of which 65 are English), DVD and CD. Additional DVD set in the master bedroom. Adjoining the bathrooms huge walk-in showers, featuring glass roofs, offer a sensational showering experience. The kitchen is a pleasure to work in, with herbs ready to be picked 3 steps away in the kitchen garden. Outside there are five different terraces to meet all requirements for sun, semi shade and shade. Plenty of loungers (8) and chairs are available to relax and enjoy outdoor life, or 'al fresco' dining. Very private garden and pool area. The pool is extra large: 10 x 8 x 5m, kidney shaped. With only a five minute drive, close to the beach, La Sonrisa has it all

Since viewing English television programs has become a problem at the Costa Blanca, I would like to mention a few of the 129 (digital/cable) programms: CNN, UK gold, Sky Sports, Eurosports, Channel 5, Discovery, Sky Premier Films, Sky One, Sky News, BBC 1, BBC 2, BBC Prime, CBEEBIES/ TCM, ITV, CHANNEL 4, Sky Sports. A lot of time, thought and money was invested when we reformed La Sonrisa. We have evolved with every property and this is by far the best one. We are especially proud of the light filled bathrooms - the large en-suite showers have glass roofs! The kitchen, dining, and bedrooms are very nice, the walls are decorated with artwork from a local artist, and antiques, which we collected over the years, add to the overall impression of luxury. Please ask for additional photos! The pool is kidney shaped, 12 x 8 x 5 m, huge for a private pool. It has roman steps at the shallow end (1,20m) and an emergency ladder at the deep (3,80m) end. To answer a f.a.q: yes it is privat!

Javea

Every year, Jávea´s beaches are awarded the blue flag of the European Union. The bustling 'Arenal' beach offers fine sand and shallow waters, nice play areas for children, restaurants, cafés and ample parking facilities. Jávea has many restaurants where one can try international cuisine as well as local dishes. The town has a rich culinary tradition which has been entirely preserved and which can be sampled, in the form of 'Tapas', in most bars of the town. Javea has conserved all the charm of traditional seafaring communities and has added all the services of a modern resort.

Within only 25 minutes drive there are three theme parks : Terra Mitica (like Disneyworld), Aqualandia (superslides) and Mundomar (animal park, dolphins, seals etc.).
