Javea holiday villa: Rafalet

We are a group of families with teenage children who have holidayed together in France, Italy and Spain, in recent years and therefore our expectations are now high.

This year's holiday was chosen from the numerous locations available on the internet and our final decision was certainly helped by the very good 360 degree virtual tour of the property. However, the property and its grounds are even nicer than we expected.

Our local contacts, Jackie and Dave, were both very warm and welcoming and Dave's guided tour of the property and its amenities was greatly appreciated. Within the property all our needs were catered for and the teenagers especially appreciated the pool/tabletennis table. There were lots of seating areas around the outside of the house where you could follow either the shade or the sun all day round.

The local supermarket, on the outskirts of Benitachell, approximately 10 mins drive, provided for all of our catering needs. As well as the normal groceries and wine there was a fresh meat and fish counter and bakery.

Although in a quiet 'urbanisation' the local coastal towns of Javea and Moraira were both approx 20 mins drive away. Both are well worth a visit.

In conclusion a very happy time was had by all at Finca Ventecullo, we would highly recommend it.
