The Property has been tastefully refurnished throughout and the accommodation comprises of a bright and sunny Lounge/Dining Area giving access to the Pool and Terraces brand new Fully Fitted Kitchen with separate Utility 2 Double Bedrooms each with en-suite facility and a Further Double Bedroom and Twin Bedded Room sharing a further Bathroom. There is a 10 x 5 Private Pool with ample terracing for Sunbathing and a BBQ. With small Children in mind a security fence is available for protection around the pool area (if required) and there is a children’s Play Area. AIR CON HAS NOW BEEN INSTALLED FOR 2007 FOR WHICH THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL WEEKLY CHARGE.

Notes to the rental rates

• A 25% Deposit is required to secure your Holiday Reservation with the Balance remaining plus additional £200 refundable Security Deposit (for breakages) payable in full 6 Weeks before your Holiday Start Date. Air Conditioning is installed throughout the Villa. This is offered as an Optional Extra at 75.00 GBP per week. If this faciliity is required the additional amount for its use should be added to the Balance Payment when due.
  
• Car Hire can be arranged for collection at either Alicante or Valencia Airport if required. Full details and Price List available on request or an Airport Transfer Collection Service if preferred.
  
• This Property was very popular with Holiday Guests and was fully booked for Summer 2008. Bookings now being taken for 2009!! Book early to avoid disappointment.

The Javea area of the Costa Blanca is best known for its unspoiled beauty and excellent 'Blue Flag' Beaches. Javea itself has three main areas. The 'Arenal' offers beautiful Sandy Beaches, a promenade of Shops, Bars and Restaurants with a small fair for children in the Summer Months with rides trampolining and Go Karts. The 'Port' is a traditional Fishing Port with a large Marina, intimate Cobbled Streets, a brightly lit Promenade of Restaurants and Bars and clean Pebbled Beaches. The Historic Town has white house fronts and cobbled streets. It is a typical Spanish Town, relatively unspoilt with a quiet and relaxing ambience and offers an array of Shops and traditional 'Tapas Bars' for Guests to enjoy along with a weekly Market. The spectacular Fiestas begin in June and continue throughout the Summer Months. The Villa is situated in a quiet leafy area close to all amenities and Sandy Beaches of the Arenal which are a few minutes drive away by Car.

Javea is less than One Hours Drive by Car from Benidorm which has many attractions suitable for all ages including 'Mundomar' an Animal Water Park, 'Aqualandia' a themed Swimming Park and 'Terra Mitica' a large Fun Park boasting some of the largest rides in Europe. The beautiful picturesque historic Town of Guadalest set in the Mountains is a place not to be missed by the Visitor along with the breathtaking 'Waterfalls of Algar'. Other nearby Towns include Moraira with spectacular Coastlines and varied entertainment, Denia with its large Port offering daily trips to the Balearic Islands, Calpe with its legendary 'Calpe Rock' jutting out of the Sea, Benissa, Teulada, Benitachell and Gata de Gorgos.
