The villa is situated in Balcon al Mar (Balcony to the Sea) and is one of Javea's premier residential areas occupying a prime position at the tip of Cabo de la Nao. This quiet, superbly maintained & secluded detached 3 bedroom villa is maintained to an exceptionally high standard with new lounge, full UK satellite TV, three new bathrooms and a new well equipped kitchen. It has panoramic views of the sea and Montgo mountain being set amongst gently undulating pine-clad hills leading to dramatic cliffs. It is ideal for year round lets with its central heating and air conditioning and our English management team is on hand for any eventuality. It has an attractive enclosed ''naya'' as well as several outside terraces and a ''sun worshippers'' balcony. Set in well-maintained private gardens it has a lovely 10m pool with roman steps to the shallow end and catches the sun almost all day long. Outside there are areas offering shade and plenty of comfortable dining and relaxing furnitu

A beautifully situated villa for peace and quiet, but with plenty of amenities within a short drive. A good supermarket nearby for all your provisions and a wonderful garden and swimming pool mean that you do not have to go far if you don't want to.
Accurately described in the advertisement this property is clean and tidy with everything you need.
The owner Brian is very efficient and friendly with paperwork, finances and any queries you may have and sends detailed instructions from the airport to enable you to find the villa fairly easily.
The area has many fine restaurants to choose from, something to suit most tastes and pockets. It is a definate must to have a car here for seeing the area, shopping and eating.
I would recommend this property to friends with children and those seeking a quiet location.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
