A lovely detached 3 bedroom villa located in a quiet area in Javea. It has magnificent views across beautiful valleys that surround Javea and is set in a very secluded spacious Mediterranean garden. Within the gardens is a BRAND NEW private 8m by 5m swimming pool with ample sun terracing and an outdoor dining area with gas BBQ. The unique ’naya’ extends from the front of the villa all the way through to the secluded centre ideal for alfresco dining or sunbathing. The accommodation all on one level sleeps 6/7 in 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and 1 twin; both the large double bedrooms enjoy individual modern en suites. There is a family bathroom and a well equipped kitchen. The spacious living room has English Sky TV, PlayStation 2, DVD and a CD player all for your enjoyment. Perfectly located 'Rafalet' is immediately next to Javea's Golf Course and only 5min from the charming medieval port or the El Arenal beach with shops, bars and a wide range of restaurants.

Rafalet is an exclusive urbanization which unlike many enjoys a full infrastructure. It has been described as the first haven of peace from the summer hustle and bustle of Javea old town and beach areas. It is very conveniently situated within walking distance of several restaurants and about a 5 minute drive from Javea centre including the medieval old town, the picturesque port and the El Arenal, a beautiful sandy beach with a number of bars and restaurants on the beach front. It is about a 15 minutes drive from Moriara and the beaches of El Portet which again is a stunning sandy beach but less commercial and smaller and the Bay of La Granadella which is shingle and rocks perfect for snorkeling or scuba diving. For those who wish to take in the scenic views and explore the traditional Spanish villages the Jalon Valley is only 10 minutes inland. This area is of outstanding natural beauty and untouched by mass tourism.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Notes to the rental rates. A 25% deposit is required at time of booking. Final balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. In the event of a cancellation before 8 weeks of arrival the 25% deposit will be retained, with-in 4 weeks of arrival 50% of the total cost will be payable, anything less than 4 weeks, the total amount 100% will remain payable, unless there are exceptional circumstances. An additional refundable deposit of £ 200 is payable to cover possible losses/breakages. This will be returned within 7 days of your departure. All linen, bath and hand towels are included and there is a weekly linen change.
    Long term lets and winter lets will be considered, rates and requirements can be discussed with owner.

Notes: Entry to the villa is from 3.00pm on day of arrival and the villa must be vacated at 10.00am on day of departure. The villa and main gardens are on one level but there are steps leading up to the front. A fold up bed is available to sleep 7, however, prior notice would be required. There would be an extra charge for the linen. Elderly or infirm guests would be advised to check with owner their requirements prior to booking. Please bring your own beach and pool towels. English Sky television package including sports channels, PlayStation 2, DVD player, electric and gas heaters, ceiling / free standing fans to all rooms. Further Information: Our villa is within easy access to all major roads, motorways, supermarkets and amenities. It is 'traditionally Spanish' and has been maintained to a high standard. It is thoroughly cleaned between lets and those booking for two weeks will benefit from a mid week linen and towel change. The naya is completely surrounded by railings and is accessed by a locked gate providing a worry free environment for younger members of your family. The ample sun terracing can be used along with sun beds provided to enjoy hours of sunshine, equally there is sought after shade to hide from the midday sun. All completely secluded. There is ample car parking.

Private swimming Pool: A new private swimming pool along with new tiled sun terracing was installed in 2006. This is located in a very secluded sun drenched private garden immediately at the rear of the villa. This garden can if required be secured and therefore the pool is safe for those with 'wondering' young children. This includes a gas BBQ and additional outdoor dining area.

Golf Information: Javea Golf course 'Club de Golf Javea' is a 9 hole course located immediately next to Rafalet. Moraira Golf course, 'Club de golf Ifach' is a 9 hole course, and is a 10/15 min drive away. Another course just outside Javea/Denia is the 'Club de golf La sella', a 18 hole course, which also has the Marriot hotel health club and spa; this is a 20/25 min drive away. Oliva golf course has the famous 'Seve Ballesteros club' Club de golf Oliva, this is an 18 hole course, and is a 30/35 min drive. Altea Golf course 'Club de Golf Don Cayo' another 9 hole course is a 30 min drive also. There are also other courses around Alicante and Valencia for those who don’t mind traveling further.

A great stay

My wife and I stayed for 10 days and had a great time. The villa was lovely, and much bigger than we thought! Pool was brilliant and always clean. All the facilities were available as advertised. Don't forget to hire a car to make the most of it. When you get there head for the tourist information centre to find out about whats going on. If you don't mind the moutain road try El Castell de Guadalest about an hours drive from the villa.

Just returned from fantastic week in this villa, don't want to say too many nice things as we want to go back next year and don't want it to book out too quickly lol. Seriously it was fantastic, everything a holiday maker could want for a perfect getaway. Naya probably the best we've ever seen. wifi would be the icing on the cake!

This is the 3rd villa we have rented in the area & defintely the best. A real home from home, very well equipped, the pool is superb and the views from the Naya are breathtaking. Our party comprised 7 people aged 16 to 81 and the villa easily catered for all our needs.
Moraira and Javea are a short drive away and great for an evening stroll and drink in one of the many bars and if you go during fiesta time - wow!
The owners are extremely helpful - certainly hope to return next year.

The villa lived up to the description, well maintained, very clean. Pool was lovely and very private (make sure you wear flip flops as pebbles around pool rough). It was very hot when we were there, so needed fans, aircon would have been fantastic. We were there with 2 (young) teenagers who enjoyed the space -perhaps no good for older teens able to go out alone).( Location good with great views, car needed and possibly too far to walk to nearby supermarket/restaurants.
We would definately go back to this villa if wanting to stay in Javea/Denia area.
Worth going when Moors/Christians festival is on, the town was really bustling with great things going on.

This is our second time at This lovely villa - Its just how we remebered it first time round, very peaceful, lovely veiws from the naya and the pool. We have 2 boys, one 5 and one 23 months they loved it - very child friendly highly recomend it to young families.
Lovely beaches close by and great location for any convenience stores - everything you need.
Will deffinatley be going back next year. Thankyou so much to the owners who made the villa feel very welcoming.
