This beautiful villa is situated in a quiet position in the exclusive Tosalet area of Javea. The imposing high quality property has been tastefully furnished with a lovely pool area, a large terrace and well kept landscaped gardens. There is a separate barbecue area and a tiled shower unit. The large outside terrace has a table and chairs for outside dining with loungers for relaxing by the pool Good size lounge with dining area . Two double bedrooms and a twin bedded room. The main bedroom has a en-suit bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen Also a glazed naya has comfortable seating and beautiful views over Javea and the Mount Mongo. The villa offers complete privacy and is enclosed by walls ,hedges and gates making it completely safe for children. Ample parking on the drive with a separate garage

Very quiet and peaceful away from the hustle and bustle of the Arenal beach yet within easy reach of restaurants,bars and shops. A few minutes drive takes you to the Cala Blanca rocky cove where you can enjoy the quiet scenery , sunbathe or swim in the crystal clear water. A little further takes you to the sandy beach at the Arenal.
