Casa Martel is a modern detached villa which offers accommodation of exceptional quality, which has been beautifully fitted out. It has all the fixtures & living accommodation of a 3 bedroom villa, whilst only 2 bedrooms are being let. It is situated between Moraira & Javea in an excellent location on the hillside overlooking the village of Benitachell, Montgo mountain & the valley beyond with sea views on either side. The property is on 2 levels with private parking via sliding entrance gates. The upper level consists of a superb lounge/dining room with fantastic views. Whether inside or out the vista is breathtaking. Sliding doors lead out to a covered terrace area which is furnished for alfresco dining. Also on this level is the fully fitted kitchen with all modcons. Below are 2 spacious bedrooms with king size beds and fully fitted bathroom. These access the lower terrace for sunbathing with pool, enclosed shower,utility room with washing machine etc. a toilet & BBQ with sink.

The area around Benitachell is unspoilt. The valleys are filled with vines, olive and citrus trees, surrounded by fantastic mountain ranges with breathtaking views. The lovely beaches of Javea and Moraira only 5 kilometres away.Both Javea and Moraira have much to offer, real Spanish hospitality with plenty of choice for good restaurants and shops. Benitachell is centrally located to suit all tastes with Benidorm and all its attractions, Terra Mitica theme park & Mundamar sea world only 35 minutes away on the motorway. A 30 minute drive will take you to the beautiful Jalon valley for that special Sunday lunch, or take the coast road to the town of Calpe just 20 minutes away. Here you can have a wonderful sea food meal down by the port or just enjoy the resort and sunbath on the clean sandy beach. In all a wonderful area to holiday and enjoy yourself.
