This ideal family Villa is located in a private development of houses with its own garden and privacy with nice open views. Javea's sandy beach, shops and Restaurants are a five minute drive away. It has its own driveway parking and easy access. The Pool is on the same level as the house so is ideal for watching the children playing in the pool. There is ample space for sunbathing and the Villa has a spacious naya (glazed area) if you wish to get out of the mid day sun.

Excellent location. 5 minutes in the car to the bars and restaurants at Arenal. You can in fact see the sea from the front terrrace. The property is located on a very peaceful estate incredibly quiet at night with neighbours whom you hear, quietly, but very rarely sight.
The house is spacious and well laid out both inside and out. It is in need of a little interior modernisation but everything works just fine.The pool area and terrace are lovely
If you have a SKY digi box and card take it with you and plug it in when you get there. The Sky free to air channels available are limited and whilst you won't get everything you do at home because the dish is smallish and you are on the edge of the footprint you will get quite a bit more than what is on offer.
