Lovely villa with air conditioning, private pool and great views.
Casa Jayjay is a light, airy, modern villa, completed in September 2004 to a high specification. It is situated in the Monte de Javea area close to the beautiful cove of Granadella and the spectacular coastline that surrounds the Cabo de la Nao headland. There are a couple of good restaurants and a tennis club/cafe bar within walking distance whilst the bars, restaurants and the main beach area of Javea are a short drive away. The villa enjoys lovely views over Granadella National Park and of Montgo, Javea's signature mountain. The owners have taken great care in equipping and furnishing the house to a high standard so that you have everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. There is a large BBQ, ample garden/terrace furniture, sun beds/parasols, air conditioning, internet access, cable TV (all main UK TV and radio channels), DVD/CD player, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave etc. There are 3 twin bedrooms all with en-suite facilities.

Javea has much to offer the discerning holiday maker including a historic old town, a lively fishing port and modern marina, superb beaches, rocky coves, spectacular coastal scenery and splendid restaurants to suit every taste and budget. It has its own golf course just 10 minutes from the villa and the internationally renowned La Sella 27 hole course is within 20 minutes. The nearby coastal resorts of Moraira, Calpe and Denia (from where you can catch a ferry to Ibiza) are well worth a visit and of course Children of all ages will enjoy the Benidorm theme and water parks which are a 40 minute drive.

Notes to the rental rates

The rental rates quoted above include central heating when this is necessary but the electricity consumption for the air conditioning is metered separately and will be charged for at the prevailing rate . When a booking overlaps price bands or include for part of a week, the rate will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. Bedding and towels are provided and are changed weekly. Please bring your own towels for pool/beach use.
A 25% deposit is required upon booking and the balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable security deposit of £150 is also payable to cover possible damage/breakages.

| Notes: | ACCESS: The villa is in an elevated position and access is via a driveway down from the road. The main living areas, covered terrace, BBQ terrace, and 1 bedroom/bathroom are all at entrance (parking) level. The other bedrooms are down an internal flight of stairs and the pool terrace is a half flight of steps down from the BBQ terrace. This can be gated to prevent young children from gaining access to the pool when necessary. SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted inside the house. TV: BBC1, BBC2, ITV, CH4, CH5, SKY1, SKY News, SKY Sports 1&2, Sky Movies 1 and more plus English radio channels are provided via a cable service. Internet Access and a DVD player are also provided. BATHROOMS: All bathrooms are en-suite. Bathroom 1 has a walk-in shower plus bath with shower over. Bathroom 2 has a bath with shower over. Bathroom 3 has a walk-in shower. |
