A gorgeous Summer Holiday rental villa located in a delightful part of Javea. This relaxing rental villa is near to all local beaches and restaurants The villa comprises of 5 bedrooms 3 Doubles and 2 twins. With a recently re fitted kitchen, the upstairs has an open plan feel with large kitchen dining area and lounge, there are lots or rustic features in this typically traditional villa. Downstairs there are 2 twin bedrooms and family bathroom, a double with en suite and lounge leading onto the patio & pool area. Entertainment is provided via a gaming plasma with DVD and Play Station and WII. Internet together with ADTelly 18 UK Terrestrial stations available as well as BBC iPlayer and ITV Catchup. The villa is surrounded by garden and terraces and has it's own private 8x4 pool. The seated Barbecue terrace area is delightful and intimate. There is a table tennis table to the rear terrace. A wonderfully comfortable Naya to sit out and enjoy the balmy Spanish summer evenings.

By car you can expect to be on any one of the splendid beaches within minutes, the splendid sandy 'Arenal' beach is child friendly, there are climbing frames and the sea is very shallow for smaller children to paddle. For those who want to snorkel and like those quant cove's La Barraca and 'Granadella' are very near. Also check out http://www.guadalest.eu/ which is a short drive and well worth a visit. Javea 'Old Town' is about a 10 minute drive away, this is where you will find 'Old' Spain, narrow streets, traditional Tappas and historic attractions like the Church in the main square. Theme parks Mundomar, Terra Mitica and Aqualandia are all within 30 minutes drive in nearby Benidorm. Inexpensive taxi boat trips run hourly from Javea port to nearby Calpe, Denia etc There is a weekly market to get all the fresh veg etc...The Old Town has a market daily selling typical Spanish Meats, Cheeses etc

  • A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and balance settled 8 weeks prior to your stay with us. Please note that the above rates do not including cleaning which is charged at 120 Pounds . We also would require a fully refundable £500 security (Bond) deposit. If you require a mid-stay clean, this can be arranged with the cleaner direct. We provide pre programmed air conditioning.
  • Please note that payment is accepted by credit card, however there will be a charge of 3.5%.

More about where we are: One of the things you will soon realise is that although only 3Km from the main beach resort it is so peaceful where we are situated. We live in Rural East Anglia and we are amazed at the tranquility of the area we have chosen to live in Javea. Our Villa is 20 or so years old now and the gardens reflect that maturity, anyone who likes a bit of gardening is therefore welcome to help out if they are that way inclined! If not don't worry we have a contract to regularly maintain both garden the pool so all is just right for your time spent relaxing around the property. Accidents do happen. Please let us know of any breakages (plates, glasses, etc) as we can then arrange replacements for the next client. A note left for the cleaner would be satisfactory. There are no refuse collections so can you please take your rubbish to the Large Green Bins, which are located throughout the urbanisation. We provide a cleaner at the end of each booking but we do ask that you leave the villa as you found it. Thank you. We hope you have a fantastic time and treat the villa with respect.
