This beautifully maintained villa is available to rent for the perfect family holiday Accommodation includes 5 bedrms, 3 bathrms, dining rm, lounge, both with open fire, kitchen, naya, large garden with many fruit trees. Main House sleeps 8 - The master bedrm has patio doors leading out to the garden and has a modern en-suite suite shower rm and dressing rm. Twin bedded rm. The 3rd bedrm is quite large and has 4 single beds. Then there is a separate modern bathrm. All bedrooms have a/c. Central heat throughout. It has a fab modern kitchen, stainless steel oven and large American fridge. Large terrace with table and chairs - overlooking the pool. Mature landscaped gardens with lots of orange & lemon trees. From the terrace the stairs lead down to the garden and the pool area - great pool 10x5, and separate apartment which has 2 bedrms (sleeps 4), bathrm, kitchen and 2 lounges. Great views. Walking distance to the driving range & golf course of Javea.

Javea known as the Jewel in the Crown of the Costa Blanca region is situated on a peninsula between Valencia & Alicante. Easily accessible from both these airports via the A7 motorway which takes approx 1 hour by car or taxi. The delightful town of Javea lies near a sheltered bay with a lovely golden sandy beach and palm trees. The magnificent Mount Montgo provides a dramatic backdrop and shelters the town from the northern winds. The World Heath Org once described the area as having a near perfect climate with it's mild year round temperature. Couple this with the vastly contrasting landscapes of dramatic and rugged mountains then the gentle sloping orange & almond groves leading to the wonderful Med with it's hidden coves & sandy beaches, no wonder Javea is a place to return to year after year. The warm seas are perfect for diving, snorkeling & water skiing. Jet bikes, windsurfing & sailing are also available. Terra Mitica is only 30 mins away. Also Mundamar & Aqualandia.

Attractions: Javea has surely one of the Meds most attractive ports - not only because of its great beauty and location, but also because of the wonderful facilities. Apart from the already mentioned sporting activities there is plenty for the kids to do should they get bore with the swimming pool and beaches. Terra Mitica is only 30 mins away - Spain's answer to Disney World. Visit the dolphins at Mundamar and the water park Aqualandia. There is also a Safari Park, Crazy Golf - you name it and it's never too far away. Go-Karting and quad biking are also available close by. The two local Golf courses can provide a stern test to the keenest of golfer, the famous La Sella course is less than a 15 min drive. Javea Golf course - a 2 minute walk from this villa. Further afield there are a wide choice of courses. The Seve Ballesteros designed course at Oliva is rather special.

Ski: Teruel - 2.5 hours drive. Sierra Nevada - 4 hour drive. Andorro - 6 hour drive.

Golf: Javea Golf Course - 2 minute walk from villa. La Sella - 15 min drive. Oliva - 30 min drive. Plus many more.
