Outside there is a large Kidney shaped pool 9.5 X 4.5 Mtr. which has a terrace surrounding it. There is a barbeque area. From the pool terrace there is a large lawn area which is ideal for children. The whole property is fenced, hedged and gated. There are lovely views across the valley with Mt. Montgo behind offering a fantastic backdrop to this exceptional villa. There are two excellent golf courses near by.This accommodation is ideal for golfers.
Information on the Location:
The Villa is only 5km from the popular 'old historic' Town of Javea with its Sandy or Pebble Beaches and Fishing Port and approx 10km from Denia, a large Town and Port with daily crossings to the Balearic Islands. Denia has colourful shops, lively cafes, a ruined Castle where visitors can explore or choose to simply relax on the miles of Sandy Beaches. The nearby village of 'Jesus Pobre' has several small Shops, Bars and places to enjoy 'Typical Spanish Food' at a reasonable price. There is also a Bank, Public Telephone and Post Box.
Other areas of Interest:
The Villa is less than one hour away from the popular resort of 'Benidorm', which has many attractions, including 'Mundomar' an animal water park, 'Aqualandia', a themed swimming park and 'Terra Mitica', a large Fun Park, boasting some of the largest rides in Europe. The beautiful historic village of 'Guadalest' set in the mountains is a place not to be missed by the visitor along with the 'Waterfalls of Algar'. Other nearby towns include not only Javea and Denia but Moraira, Benissa, Teulada and Calpe.

Just some of the closer golf clubs which are within a reasonable distance of the villa are LA SELLA club de golf designed by Jose Maria Olazabal this 18 hole golf club is less than five minutes/3km away from the villa making it an ideal location for golfers For information Tel.(0034)96 645 4252 or (0034)96645 4110 Also in Javea is Club de Golf Javea with 9 holes and Club de Golf Ifach Moraira with 9 holes also.In Denia is the Olivia Nova 18 Hole course designed by Severiano Ballesteros.Just further afield about 3/4 of an hour away there is of couse El Saler club quite close to Cullera which is one of the top ten in the golf word ranking. During the winter this villa at only five hundred pounds a week for eight people makes this cheap accommodation , less per person than one nights accommodation for B&B in the area.
