This beautiful rustic villa is situate on a quiet cul-de-sac high on the front of the Costa Nova escarpment and enjoys magnificent views across the whole of Jávea bay, the port and Jávea old town as well as the imposing Montgó. The villa has 4 double rooms, 2 new bathrooms & 2 shower rooms plus extra lavatory plus a brand new kitchen, a secluded and completely renovated large swimming pool with pool-side terrace and recently refurbished BBQ/barbecue shaded pool-side area. There is central heating in winter.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Please note that the changeover day is FRIDAY (although we try to be flexible outside the main season). The villa has central heating for winter months (recently refurbished). There is a per capita laundry charge of Euro 10.00 pp/per week and a contribution to final cleaning of 130.00 Euros. In winter the gas for central heating is charged at cost. All linen is supplied except beach towels. Deposit approx.33% on signing of agreement with balance of rental to follow 6 weeks before the starting date. Security deposit (returnable) is €400-800 (depending on length of stay).
  • Cots and high-chairs can be hired (at €18 and €12 per week, respectively) but they must be booked in advance.

Notes: The villa has recently undergone a major refurbishment with the installation of a completely new kitchen, two new bathrooms and the re-wiring of the whole house. The central heating has also been up-graded. The pool has been completely renovated with new filter system & pipe-work and with both steps and ladder access. Some of the trees have been pruned to increase greatly the wonderful panoramic views across the bay. This beautiful house is once again ready for letting.

The villa is a two storey building with a very large pool (over 14x6m) below the terrace; the pool and pool area has recently undergone renovation (new filter system, steps & ladder access). It is secluded with a pool-side BBQ area as shown. The villa is about 5-6km (6 mins. by car) from the town, port, beaches, shopping, restaurants and nightlife (we have 7 Michelin starred restaurants in the area). The Cabo de la Nao lighthouse & beautiful creek/beach of Granadella are nearby. The living/dining areas enjoy fabulous views across the whole of Jávea bay below. The comfortable living area has a large fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and has just been completely renovated. There are two brand new bathrooms, two shower rooms and an extra separate toilet. One bathroom is en-suite to the master bedroom and the double upstairs has its own marvellous view over Jávea bay.

A car is essential. Very special competitive car-hire rates are available to us via the region's No.1 company - please ask for tariffs before booking.

Golf & other features:: The villa is ideally placed for golf. The Jávea Golf Club (Please, do not hesitate to contact owner for website link or further information and more details) less than 15 minutes away offers a 9-hole course, more difficult than it looks, and has like, La Sella, superb views of the 'landmark' mountain, Montgó, dominating Jávea. The famous and beautiful La Sella (18 - holes) is about 8km away. Further afield (about 30 minutes) is the new course at Oliva (designed by Seve B.) and just south of Valencia is the famous links course of El Saler. Green fees are around Euros 70. The theme park TERRA MITICA is within easy motoring distance (a short hop down the A7 motorway) as are the excellent Aqualandia (water park) and MundoMar (dolphins) outside Benidorm. The fabulous new Science & Oceanographic parks (5000 different fish) at Valencia make a spectacular day's outing.
